Kachra management. Person can't park their own vehicle inside if they don't have sticker.

No proper guest parking.

Good location, well maintained society. But undesirable to live. It is an old apartment and some flat or the other does renovation work always causing unbearable drilling noise on a daily basis. Highly inconvenient for folks staying at home in the day/working from home. Will not recommend

Very good society for families as well as for bachelors. Good security. Good maintenance. Here are swimming pool, badminton court, gym (basics), snooker pool, some basic things, underground parking facilities, 2,3 bhk flats and many more things. This is on Velankani drive Electronics city phase 1 Bangalore. Good food court outside the society.
All facilities (gym, pool etc) you can use till 10 PM. Some strict guidelines are there for clearance, time based activities, noise, etc.

Total there are 310 flats and people are very friendly here
Festivals are celebrated well
Sports events are common wether cricket, badminton or TT tournaments

Gym and other facilities are limited but they are all very well maintained

Spacious apartment and all necessary facilities, I’m impressed by the garden and play area

Nice apartments, with good services.
But rent rates are a little high.
It Is easy to commute by own vehicle, and difficult to get buses.
The streets are neat and tidy.
The environment is best for those who go to the gym for a workout.

Very good apartments and there is a swimming pool and then some other parts it's very good even my friend is leaving or that she told that my apartments is so good and their treating us very well

Good location in electronic city with all amenities like power back up, swimming pool, club house.

Securities are rude. If people are asking for rent or sale it's only because of the location. They should respect and advice accordingly.
