SJR PrimeCorp has always delivered projects on time and met customer expectations. Hats off to them.

Its quite a amazing place to live in since every place is quite nearby like hospitals, malls, etc which makes our life quite stress free after an entire day in office. Amenities are also quite amazing which is just another plus point to it and i just love living here.

We booked an apartment in one of their projects, SJR Prime Corp, and their team did their best to ease the process for us & explain each and everything we wanted to know.

This is the worst builder ever. They don't deliver anything on time; be it the flats or the even reply on mails or concerns raised by buyers. The MD doesn't respond to customers. Also the construction quality of whatever they build is pathetic. Avoid this builder if you don't want to loose your hard earned money.

Stay away from this builder. They are absolutely the worst there is. They treat customers like their enemies and once you have paid them money they don’t care even a small bit about you. Booked an apartment in SJR Primecorp bluewaters in early 2013, still no possession date in site. Atleast 1.5 years until they can finish the work. If you contact customer service, you get only lies and false promises.

Do not respect customer. Delay of 2 years and have no shame.try talking to any one in customer care and you get nothing but excuses. The reply only after 10 or 15 mails.

SJR Palazza city, purchased in 2014, paid 95% amount Waiting for the possession of the flat from 3 years, NO response from SJR on handover date.

0, Cheating is their real business. Real estate is just a face to hide it. Don't waste your money, time and more importantly don't waste your peace. They will take it all and won't even deliver your flat. Do not get fooled by name. SJR might be a descent builder, this is SJR Primecorp. They only cheat people. Go and have a look at Fiesta Homes project, you will get it all.

A very unprofessional builder. Careless about your money and quality of construction.none of their residential projects are completed on time. They just take your money and make sure that you keep running around to get your dream house. Avoid buying their new projects.

Quality is good and builder listen to customers. We have frequent meetings with builder to put our concerns and they same get answered responsibly.
