This is a more than 10 year old large apartment complex having more than 500 apartments with narrow corridors and closely packed apartments.

The society is predominantly occupies with IT professionals, as this Khata A property is located on Hosa road that connects Hosur road towards electronic city and Sarjapur road.

There are three old towers named Vera, Vega and Viva, facing the main road Another tower relatively new has also come up, the name of which I shall shortly update.

Amenities are barely maintained amenities, with swimming pool as exception, a small one compared to the size of the community though.

Construction quality is average with many apartments having seapages. It doesn't have water source sufficient to meet it's needs and hence predominantly depends on purchased water through tankers. Water is metered to each apartment, and inspite of this the mantenance is high. Few owners are not happy with the quality and hardness of water.

Those aspiring to purchase an appointment here must look into the ventillation aspects seriously.

As the surrounding area is witnessing rapid growth with good schools and shopping, this apartment is witnessing a demand.

Amenities are average in maintenance and quality and include club house, kids playground, sports area, security, gym and power backup. The table tennis hall is literally looked shabby, untidy and has become a store room for house keeping staff, table itself needing a replacement though.

As the lifts are small, snd as there is no service lift shifting big items is a big problem.

Visitors parking is grossing insufficient.

Major advantages ae the the surrounding development that is happening in the areas and the community that is largely working IT professionals.

The entire property is extremely well managed. Only the clubhouse can benefit from regular maintenance.

Nice locality, near to schools, colleges and shops. Community is very vibrant for festivals and other occasions. Aptly located even if you need to go to Marthalli or electronics city side

This Project has lot of seepages - still not addressed! Buyers may insist that it's resolved before committing! Also be careful - in dealing with the JV partners - owners & builder for any resale flat! I have a bitter experience in this! Be cautious!

I liked the area. There are many buildings in the same premises with different names like Vera, Vega, Viva etc. It's a nice place to stay with a play area for children.

Food was good but there were lots of mosquitos biting us.

Conveniently located. Well connected with other places of Bengaluru by autorickshaw, city bus, taxi, etc. Good standard of living with provision for old & otherwise abled people.

Well maintained society and very close to the markets shops and hotels with the walking distance

Open, spacious, club house, kids playground, two fenced sporting arena, ample parking, 24x7 security, water electricity with backup. Good vibes.

The society area & flats are good, but the worst are the residents here, especially the flat owners. If you are a pet parent then don't even think about moving in here, residents are very anti-pet.
Most residents doesn't have the minimum politeness when talking about any issue in Adda group or in person, they use foul language.

This society is an old one. My friend lives here and we went to visit him.

Society is very well maintained, it has tennis court as well, flats are spacious and the one where we went had 3 balconies (2bhk) offering amazing city view. Kitchen is open and the overall feel was great.

Love this society! It's like a joint family where all 4 generations lives together, celebrates festivals, share happiness and sorrows ️

Really good society. Will allow you to play music but to the level and time till it will not disturb anyone.

The tenants are so nice that they complain formally and not directly banga on your door. Though there is a fine for breaking the rules but with those conditions I will say please pack your bags.

Celebrates every festival. I am putting this post on the day of Diwali and everything is decorated. Even society functions are there.

Good for families and working professionals.

Beautiful place to stay, has a park, swimming pool, tennis-football & cricket court. Enjoyed my one day visit over there.

Very good security, amenities and peace.

The society has good number of north Indians base. The best part of society is that almost each big festival is celebrated at society level grand of someone takes the initiative. The committee is quite active here. The circle of senior citizens is also strong. It has a small park where in morning you can see people doijg yoga, meditation. It has a small gym, which is being used actively by members. Along with that one tennis ground, badminton court etc. The promozity to market is the best. If you take backside (not the main road /pool facing), it's a peaceful at flats.
Cons:
1. The water quality is poor. Its very hard water and borewell's. So causes lot of hairfall
2. The washroom water that comes is STP water, so sometimes is smelly and the pots get very dirty often due to the treated water being used. Not a pleasant feeling to take bath.the drainage in society is smelly.
3. No shed in the balconies. Due to this balcony design, the cracks soon to develop since bangalore is a high pouring area. The moisture leakage problem is visible on the room walls.so, keep in mind this regarding maintenance if planning to buy.
Rest, overall is a friendly and helping community. People r staying here for a decade too just because of the culture and social engagements.so, is a healthy place for a child to grow and have a circle

1. The guest parking had been compromised and sold to unknown flat owners.

2. The staff is not getting paid well

3. The entrance is wrongly created. Entry should always be from front left but at sjr, its on right side & for coming to 1st left Apartments, you need to come all the way long back from left.

4. No service life available and you have to pay 2.5k for just service to use. That's shocking

Good apartment but an old one in Kasavanahalli, Bangalore. All amenities in place and very conscientious managing committee although very strong and polarised discussions happen amongst the RWA members, leading to certain level of policy paralysis. Overall a good place to stay.

Good society. Daily essentials are easily available nearby. However, hosa road is very narrow and quite jammed. Lot of dust St hosa road due to multiple constructions happening around.

It is a well constructed and properly maintained society. It has amenities like playing area for children, pool, basketball court, gym, big basket vending machine among other things. The grocery store and pharmacy is also nearby to cater to daily needs.

The conditions are getting worse. The sewage treatment plant has big issues. One of the highest maintenance fees.

Well maintained residential complex. Got all major amenities including tennis court, badminton court, fitness room, swimming pool and TT and pool tables.

The management is inefficient and the water is of poorest quality possible. Maintenance is very high and totally not worth it.
Gym has nothing except treadmill
Pool table is non functional
Carrom and TT has been packed aside
Badminton court is useless as height is not enough for intermediate play
Swimming pool has no changing area
Water is sometimes smelly and even black/brown in colour

Please enquire about all these before renting apartment in here

If you are interested in sports this will be a good option for you since you will have an indoor badminton court, a tennis court, pool.

It's a good place but the location is horrible. The swimming pool is hardly clean and is closed most of the year.

Finest stay. Has all the amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, etc. All the shops are accessible.

Beautiful place with plenty of greens and cross ventilation. Approach road is a nightmare though.but very convenient for living goods.

Well maintained amenities, like swimming pool and gym. Situated on a narrow street though. A bit far from the outer ring road.
