Convenient location of hotel, with limited underground parking spots for four wheelers.

First, the room wasn't clean enough and the bedsheets were lil dirty. The washroom wasn't clean at all. The hose pipe were open and there were no hand wash, soaps. Paid 2.4k, which isn't worth it. The AC was centralised, it wasn't cool even at 16 deg. Finally, we turned the fan on this summer. Due to that dirty bathroom, we didn't feel like taking a shower over there. We recommend not to book by seeing online pictures.

This hotel don't have any ethics. They treating customer in a pathetic way. The hotel don't know important of customer loyalty. Even though I am visiting regularly every month they charged 500Rs early check in charge for 4 hours. The premises basement is very dirty. Services are pathetic. Stay away from this to enjoy your days

Curtains are of light Color, so you can’t sleep in room after 7am in the morning as it becomes very bright.

Staircases in hotel floor and basement both are dirty. Hotel management should spend some money for cleanliness of area outside their place

Basic toiletries were not provided in full capacity. Room was booked for 5 people but extra mattresses were not provided.

I liked the hotel because the staff were friendly enough. However the premises can be kept clean and breakfast can be made complimentary so as to improve the customer experience.

Its located in a dirty shopping complex. The property is quite old but they have refurbished the furnitures. Bathroom is cleaned but as they are old it looks extremely dirty and unusable. Rooms are spacious. Bedsheet again dirty. Parking is steep and tough and only very experienced can drive. Dont go to this place.

Not worth the high price. Rs 1850 for a night. Rooms are old and you can see gukta spit everywhere. Unclean bathrooms and no air ventilation in bathroom.no toilet tissue rolls provided. Rs 500 for extra person just to take bath! For half of the price you get much better rooms other place. Not recommended

As the name indicates it is very comfortable. It is at prime location. Most of the tourists places in hubali are within 3km range from this places.lift is available.rooms are clean well ventilated and well maintained. Staff is helpful and polite.vidyanagar BRT stop is few steps away.location is surrounded by many famous restaurants and hotels.

Rooms are okay. Instead of AC they have provided cooler only. Hot water available. No towel available at the bathroom. This hotel is located on 3rd floor of a building that houses Akash institute and some other commercial units. The ground floor and staircase area are dirty.

I am happy with the service provided by SKD staff, neatly maintained, quality service. I had visit to hubli with my partner and in this price range its very good.best price in the market. Very near to the city and transport facility is also easy to access. Overall 4/5 from my side

Some rooms are average. Some rooms are good so you have to select good rooms for being comfortable. 24hrs checkin is awesome. It's in Third floor.

Room was nice, proper hygiene, wifi, for tv i had to go and tell them twice to switch it on, also they have tied up with some restaurant so food get delivered to room and it was delicious. Overall i think it's good if you stay and visit hubli for 5-6 days.

This is one of the most comfortable budget hotels in Hubli. It is closer to all the important places in Hubli.

Room was good.but much needed room service is not available. Good for Young people not recommended for old people

Well located, easy access to bus stand and train station, no breakfast, courteous staffs, clean AC room, good for individuals or corporate people, GST bill available.

Beside Hubli dharwad road, food is good. Spacious rooms, low water pressure through the water pipe. Cleanliness needs to be improved

The hotel sits in the centrr of hubli and has all the basic amenities but the food quality can be improved.

Stayed there for one day. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The staff is polite and respectful. It's spot on road so very easy to find.

Stayed here for one day, clean rooms and comfortable beds, friendly staff. Food takes a bit long to reach Ur room. There is an option to order fried chicken, burgers etc too which is pretty good. But the restaurant food is overpriced, not so good in taste. (Only few dishes) Apart from that overall experience is very good.

Entry for vehicles is from backside, and shady parking is covered parking but reminds me of goons den from movies. Infact the whole staircase and basement stinks. The hotel has a exclusive lift, check in and check out are breeze, rooms are spacious can use cleaning as you can see cobwebs everywhere, linen and towels were clean but had a strange smell to them. No WiFi, restaurant or breakfast options. Look elsewhere for the same price. Overheard other guests shouting that there was no hot water and requests fell on deaf ears.

SKD comforts is on the 3rd floor of a buildin g which has many other commercial establishments on the lower floors. The basement of the building was dirty, the staircase was stinky. The floor on which the rooms are located is ok. I had booked a suite room. The room was spacious, but had 3 separate single beds and it was more like a Dormitory. We asked for the beds to be joined but got no help. Bathroom was not very clean. The dustbin in the bathroom was old, stinky and broken and I had to use my hands to open the lid. The bathroom mat was dirty even when we checked in. Didn't look like they were changed after the previous guests had checked out.

Location is a bit away from the bus stand area. Commuting wouldn't be a problem, though. With Ola and local auto services around, you can easily navigate the city. I checked in late in the night and the whole basement area where the lift is located was deserted. I had a bit of a tough time reaching the reception. I booked a non ac room which is quite small for my liking. But the facilities inside the room are up to the mark. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family and long stay. Complimentary breakfast was not part of the tariff. The restaurant in the basement was also closed. For an overnight stay, I would recommend.
