Kindly make sure your attendant doesn’t do all the work in your absence. Look into it, you guy made me face some serious ear blockage by using outdated technique to clear wax and scammed me 500 rupees for which not even a bill was given. Saved you from filing a suit.
They have prescribed unnecessary steroids and wrongly diagnosed the skin condition as a result of which my mother was affected in critical condition at the hospital. She blacked out and lost consciousness as a result of the medicines they had prescribed. The list of medicines which were given were totally irrelevant to the condition with which she was suffering from. Money hungry doctors with no consent or regard for patients life. Consult them at your own risk.
Not at all recommended Dr. Lakshmi satish. Visited for wife ear paun problem. Before diagnosing and explaining the issue she asked us will you go for tonsillitis surgery. Also rude behaviour and attitude. We felt unnecessarily medicines are prescribed. Overall not good experience.
My mother was diagnosed with a blocked tear duct that caused tears to constantly trickle out from her eyes. While other doctors at renowned institutions recommended invasive bypass surgeries, Dr. Lakshmi was able to clear the blockage using an endonasal procedure without any external incisions. My mother was able to recover within 4 days and now, about six months later, she is very comfortable. Dr. Lakshmi was also very proactive in following up with my mother post surgery. Overall, it was a very smooth experience for which we sincerely thank her.
Had visited this place because of inflammation in ear, doctor is very prompt and quick in identifying issue and gave proper guidance to resolve issue.
Front desk can be bit more emphatic and customer friendly, i saw them arguing with few patients. What is the point of booking a appointments if we are made to wait beyond our appointment time.

The issue is with the reception, they treat appointments with whole other meaning. You are made to wait for an hour even if you show up 20min prioir or your appointment. I was very disappointed when this happened and the receptionist blamed me when the other patients pointed the issue out.
Just a week ago underwent with dual problems of eye ducts blockage and nasal cartilage disproportionate alignment which was amazingly successfully rectified by Dr. Lakshmi Satish an ENT surgeon, which no Eye specialist could rectify tear duct blockage. Very confident successful Dr.
Visited Dr. Lakshmi a month ago to get my throat tested as I had persistent throat infection, My appointment was at 10: 30 AM and there was less than 5 minutes wait time. The doctor was very professional and friendly. She gave me medicines and suggested 1 month course to reduce chronic tonsillitis which has been very effective. The place is clean and well maintained. Despite widespread covid infection with multiple people having throat pain/infection, the doctor took me and was able to isolate and diagnose my problem. Would definitely recommend Dr. Lakshmi for anyone looking for an ENT specialist.
There is noting much better treatment for simple check in touch light they will charge 650 and if any poor people's or any middle class if visited to your hospital really they sell they property or they jewelery and should come really worst and Really is to expensive
I had visited Dr. Lakshmi for cough issue. She analysed thoroughly and recommended endoscopic sinus surgery & septoplasty after all analysis. It was non painful process and after 1 day got discharged. The extra tissues called polyps in my nose were removed and nose was straightened. Now I am free of any cough issue. I strongly recommend Dr Lakshmi for any ENT issues. She will definitely have a solution. Thank you.
Tinnitus Treatment with Dr. P. Lakshmi Satish, First of all i would like to thank Dr. Lakshmi Satish for helping me to come out of the tinnitius treatment. I would like to share my story about the treatment of tinnitus issue in my right ear. I had come to India for a vacation in January 2022 after which I got COVID and during recovery I developed the problem of tinnitus in my right ear. I went to three to four doctors but none came to my help. I tried homeopathy and aurvedic which did not help much and also I was running short of time as I had to fly back to work. Then my father referred to doctor Lakshmi satish, she examined the problem and diagnosed it as tinnitus issue. She conducted audiometry in my right ear and left ear just to ensure my hearing capacity which was quite good. Other doctors told me to take cocktail of tablets including the steroid injection. But when I consulted Dr. Lakshmi Satish, she told not to take those tablets as it will hamper the digestive system and then she gave four sessions of the steroid injections (dexamethasone) and the results were quite amazing. After the first injection 40% of my issue had come down and by the 4th session 70 to 80% s was reduced. She also gave some tips about the lifestyle management to completely get rid of the issue. Visited for my father's vertigo problem. Dr. Lakshmi patiently examined the problem and suggested right measures. Also, politely asked my father to lie down and take rest until he feels better as he was really tired. Very much satisfied with the outcome.
I had taken my son for acne treatment. Since it was during COVID times, we were waiting outside the clinic, near the steps. Dr. Lakshmi walks in, very rudely addresses the patients who were waiting. She also had the audacity to instrust us to move. I have not seen as rude a doctor like her at all. Treating patients is a profession they have chosen like how people work. How does it matter if one is treating a patient or working, both are doing to earn a living. How can someone (a doctor) be so rude to people and does not have even an ounce of empathy. Dr. Satish does not examine the patients, just prescribes medicines that needs to be picked at their pharmacy only.
For any issues with thonsils or any throat infection, i and my family always visit Dr. Lakhsmi Satish. She treats us good and her medicines help in fast recovery
Bad experience with Dr Lakshmi Satish. She don't know how to speak with patients and how to treat them. Even for small problems, she suggest for MRI scanning. Unfit to be a doctor. It's my personal experience which i faced with her

Money greedy doctors who are not worthy of a rupee. Satish doctor to be precise. He charged exorbitant amount but of no vail. My skin problem has actually increased after applying the creams he prescribed. Even after many visits it didn't help me.
Went for throat and jaw pain. The doctor does not explain properly and very rough while examining such as grabbing the jaw and turning the head roughly, not concerned that the patient is already in pain.

DR Laskhmi Sathish is a pathetic doctor. Please visit her at your own risk. If you time and money to waste and take your well being for granted. She will keep asking you to visit her every few days without proper examination so that she can maintain her cash flow with your frequent visits. Despite having over 20 years of experience, it is a shame that she called my symptom and health issue as psychological. It is doctors like her that gives the rest a bad name. Few months ago, I had bad breath issue with post nasal drop. My dentist had confirmed that the bad breath is not due to my dental but from my throat. He advised that I visit an ENT specialist
On first visit to Dr Laskshmi Sathish, she sent me to this newly opened diagnostic centre in Jayanagar next to Travel Bazaar diagonally opposite Jain collage to get my MRI Scan of nose only on the pretext that they will charge me only for Rs 2K as they are running a promotion. Assuming she also gets her cut from the institution as seen and heard in the media as she insisted that I go only to them!
Second day, I visit her clinic with the reports, she tells me all is fine with my nose, no infection or anything. So no surgery is required. Then I remind her that my dentist told me that the bad smell is due to my throat and that 's why I am there to visit her. Despite my statement, she doesnt examine my throat, charged me for nasal endoscopy that she did on me with her inexperienced assistant. In the end she told me me its all Psychological. No smell is coming from my throat. She gave me a saline spray prescription and asked me to visit her again.
As I was not convinced with her. Same day, based on a reference, I visited another ENT specialist who ranks in Bengaluru's top three. My new ENT specialist examined me and said, I had tonsillitis and prescribed me few medicines post our discussion. The ENT specialist advised me to immediately undergo a stomach ultra sound scan and stomach endoscopy to confirm the bad breath source. Next day, when I visited The ENT Specialists with reports, The ENT specialist doubt came true, I had Acid Reflux issue and LPR - key cause of bad breath
My ENT specilaist and Gastroentologist put me on medications that has helped me recover.
WORST! Went to meet Dr Lakshmi Satish for follow up. With or without appointment u’ll have to wait for more than 3 hours. Receptionist gets irritated if we ask her something. We waited there for 3 hours even though my mom is under chemo treatment! And when we finally went to see the doctor! She was in a hurry and so impatient! She saw my mom and asked her what problem was! We told her pain has reduced and u had asked us to come back after 5days! She was like why did u come when pain has reduced! Don’t come, take same medicine for 3 more days! She did not take more than a minute! And charged 500bucks! Which is insane! She checked nothing, was not polite at all! Doesn’t know how to treat a patient but still charged 500! When she has no time, has no patience left or exhausted! She should not give us appointment or make us wait Waste f money and waste f time!
