Personally I was not happy with their staff and how they handled follow up service. They tried to avoid me visit the clinic as it was follow ups. Felt they are interested in making money through consultations. They kept telling that doctor is not available while i could see the doctor was at the clinic. This is for repeat consultation because they can't charge me again. Very disappointed as i really needed to consult the doctor.
