The best place to get consultant and the hair transplant is done by specialists. Dr. Sushma is highly experienced and the staff are really caring and helpful, I am happy with the results.
I hope this review is helpful to everyone. I had a hair transplant last October using 4,000 grafts, and although taking GFCs as advised for almost a year, I haven't noticed any improvements in the crown. They now are asking a second session, which is just revolting! My complete head of hair was transplanted by technicians, who did a terrible job. It hurts a lot to invest a lot of money in someone and then be disappointed by the results. So Please don't do hair transplant here you will be depressed/fooled like me.

The worst experience, Got my transplant done in 2018 and took PRP sessions for more than a year and now I am having hardly few hairs left on my scalp and looks ugly. Waste of money, energy and pain and now back more than worst condition of what I had, now again I dont know how I can trust any hair care center and don't know what have to spend to have minimum decent look of hair. I had suggested this place to many but now regret of my decision. Don't waste your money here.

If there would have been an option, I would have rated them on negative scale, not even zero. I’d consulted Dr. Sushma for male pattern baldness and it was a very harrowing experience with Dr. Sushma. Below is the detailed feedback: The consultation offered was extremely atrocious as she was reluctant to examine my problems with astuteness. Whenever someone visits a dermat, it is his/her onus to thoroughly examine what medications and skin care regime a patient is following and tweak the regime corresponding to each issue. But to my dismay, she didn’t bother to ask anything and on asking queries, she made weird expressions for which I only had to probe into my issues and elaborate her. When I requested her for a curated skin care regime, she simply left the room, and told me that next time she’ll work on it and that “next time” never came. For male pattern baldness, based on her suggestion, I’d undergone GFC sessions + mesotherapy and it was informed to me that GFC works like anything for hair in contrast to normal PRP and so far its results are too good. She handed me a booklet and as per that also, GFC is superior to normal PRP. This clinic is very skilled in marketing GFC for treatment. Consequently, I fell a vulnerable prey to her trap of words. Based on recovery and prognosis after three GFC sessions I can say that GFC IS A HOAX AND MARKETING GIMMICK AS IT PRODUCES NULL RECOVERY IN EXISTING HAIR REGROWTH AS WELL AS DENSIFYING HAIR STRANDS since, the test tubes in the kit allow to draw a very little amount of blood (16 ml) due to which yield of produced plasma that needs to be administered to the scalp is not suffice for the treatment. ALAS! I LOST MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND GOT DUPED TERRIBLY. Although, it might promise good or negligible recovery in few patients but having stated above, due to less plasma output, the prognosis would turn out to be poor/negligible in few patients and hence, they will recommend to get more sessions done if you want to get recovery at its peak which is a mere tactic for them to level up their bank balance and dig a hole into a patient’s pocket who have an optimistic fortitude for recovery from this progressive disease. Being a patient I’m not sure, but possibly, another reason for bad prognosis might be the inefficient administration of PRP into the scalp. Although I've taken 3 GFC sessions, but when I’d completed my 2 sessions and discussed that I'd been taking Minoxidil cum finasteride since one year but can’t see any difference for which she answered you have just undergone 2 sessions, not to worry and I would get results. Nonetheless, I assumed every dr.has different manner so, I trusted her and persisted with further sessions. In continuation to this, the patient’s expectations naturally soar up if any doctor would say GFC is a cut through in existing hair regrowth (excluding the bald area) and densifying the hair. Obviously, then why one is paying for treatment when the dr.is not only sure how to treat the disorder. In this clinic, PATIENT CARE IS ZERO ONCE YOU PAY THE MONEY. Coming to the review session after all sessions of GFC, once they ripped off my money, I never heard back from Dr. Sushma or clinic staff to conduct a review follow up for determining the root cause of null prognosis. Due to which, when I emailed her stating the same she turned a deaf ear. I’d to call clinic and the receptionist informed me that Dr. Sushma was on leave, thus referred me to a junior dr.and upon telling her about condition I requested for a comprehensive video analysis, but she denied and for the sheer sake of formality she asked me to send photos across whatsapp for which I again never heard back from Dr. Sushma/ clinic team when I missed to share photos. Moreover, Dr. Sushma should have called me while resuming to work, but she disdained me. Even, the team never reached me out as why I didn’t share my photos or if I’d further concerns.

Not satisfied. Why? I have done hair transplant here. At any stage that mean small bald or full bald, they use to say 4000 graft need to do HT, but they did HT only 1000 to 1500, you can't count how many graft HT did. If you ask Dr simply said each graft have 2 or 3 hair that also countable, they made me as a fool, even they did HT with many gap (see the photos). The gaps are not filled properly, they won't give proper computerized bill. Don't go Skinologycentre. Don't loose your money. Find the photo after done HT (after 8 month).

These people are totally cheat. I went there for derma roller therapy, after 1 session only my skin reacted in such a way that it was full of acne whereas when I went there my skin just had scars no acne. After that they gave me peel sessions and when I said I don't want to continue they refused to return my money even. Such a cheat people. Never recommended.
