Will definitely not recommend. SLN motor especially Ramagaondana Whitefield are not at all reliable. The way these guys increase your bill is in the labour charge. The exact same part replacement in other Bajaj service center took only 1 unit of labour with much less cost while for the same part these guys took 3 units with 81.24 rupee higher price for each unit which is almost (3*81) approx 240 rupee higher. The above example is for only one part replacement labour charge. They will include labour charge individually for each part replacement with each replacement having higher labour units. Along with this they will also charge a paid service charge. Just check your bill if you don't believe me. Don't believe on these guys blindly. They are a cheat. To add on to this the manager also do not have a good attitude. **1 unit = 15 minutes
They quoted 1600 before I went for servicing. Later they made a bill of 2500. They finished the full service in half an hour. I gave my Avenger 220 to Bajaj showroom to get a reliable service, but I don't see much improvement after the service.
Worst service center they just did little greasing and bike washing etc. In the name of servicing and return back my bike, even after informing then to fix headlight issue which just has some wiring problem they did not even done that.
Please don't buy bikes here, No proper service, they will not provide accesries, they said they will and they won't. No proper bike maintenance, If we ask they will blame us and Bajaj company. Go for other showrooms.
I have experienced worst service in this showroom. 1.when i left for service i didn't have any scratch on my bike but post service i saw hell out of scratches on petrol tank & on mud guard, more over they told me they didn't do it, blaming it was old scratches which i never saw since 2 years. 2. Management people are least bothered about customer concern but they will charge immensely. 3. I strongly recommend not to try this showroom. 4. Work quality lacks.
Worst service. Problems not rectified properly and taking too much time. They will take so many spare parts charges as well that we don't no that part actually installed or not. There is no spare parts available here. I'm not satisfied with BAJAJ service.
Guys its waste of time going to this service centre. No proper service huge labour parts price. I waited more than one hour to just get the bill. It was very pathetic. I suggest to not go here better to go for local service. For parts they charged around 5000 that's fine but extra they billed labour charges 4000 which was very shocking. Do u think 90% of labour is acceptable for parts. Seriously it was very shocking for me. Funny thing is a part price is around 90 rupees and he billed 210 rupees as labour. Please don't waste you money.
Bad service don't waste your bike they will chur charge was full high pls avoid this show room labour charges was very high if u go for no.oormal services they will charg to 4 k in that only labour charges 2k with gst I was shocked pls avod
Its a worst place for the bike service. They are waiting only to grab the money in the name of labour fee. Worst service even after paying so much. The have missed 2 bolts and nuts for my bike. I recommend never go here, instead can trust somebody local.
I have just given my bike for service. According to me there was just bike ️ has issued, one thay started service total cost has come equal to car service. That is okay i thought might be there was lot of issues.
When I have gone for 2nd time service again after inspection they have given similar bill, and they told again there is major problem.
I took my bike give to service shop, they did everything and took 1/4 of the cost, was this service center was about to change.
Absolute waste of money. 1. I wonder why there is absolute no scope of repair.all they can do is replace with new one. Labour charge is too high. 2. Prices are 2 times from what you get outside. Even genuine parts. 3. A huge wait time. Rather go to other bajaj service centers or the local ones.
Service was over all good but they charges paid Service & labour charges seperately.and gst as well. They will take so many spare parts charges as well that we don't no that part actually installed or not. Rather than this everything is good.
Im going to give 0 rating worst costumer service when i went for second service my bike running only 4041 but in system here updated 49k no one is responding for this issue and there r no proper mechanic ofter service my bike engine problem started please frnds dont go here…. On a personal experience i really speechless with the services given by SLN motor Ramgondahalli Branch. I have purchased Dominor 250 in December 2021 and after that i struggles for 2 months just to get my number plate and now its about to be 5 month getting over these people has not delivered my RC card. It has become the harassment for me as the service i got it from these people

Even Giving one star rating to SLN motors is very useless. I have taken Baja Dominor 250 from this SLN motor but still it's been more then two and half months these people are unable to provide me the number plate. Inspite never i wish to prefer to take any bike delivery from SLN motors.

Very worst. We are not able to reach through the contact number from last 1 day, it says Switch off always. Went to the service directly and it is closed with no staffs around 6: 15 PM itself.after spending huge money for service, bike is not starting also.this is bad bad bad service.
I took service for my pulsar NS 200. Don't Visit this place.worst service.technician don't have proper knowledge. They charge 6400 for service and didn't even charge my battery.bike was as it is only they have just cleaned and washed.
I took a servicing for my Avenger. Servicing was good and there is a worker name called RAJA. His response to the customer is very good and properly done the bike inspection. I will recommend for service
Good service, after service bike look awesome and quality of service also good. I can feel some comfortable while riding. Bike on time pickup from home and on time delivery to home. Overall experience was good
This is the closest of Bajaj bike showroom with attached service center in Whitefield neighborhood. The staff is responsive and helpful. They have finance and exchange offer's too.
Staff is not good for any enquirers, specially Mr.kirthi he always misguide n misbehaves.nvr visit this showroom again, I want to return my bike coz they didn't provide the number plat yet.
They provide good service provide you are there. If you're planning to leave your bike there and collect it later. Make sure to give specific instructions. Else they do what they want to do.
I nvr wrote wrong abt anyone or any company.bt it was a very bad experience to buy a new bike from this showroom.it was my biggest mistake i have evr done.i purchase a bike 3 months ago.n they still not provide the bike's number plat, coz of this i fined many time by traffic police.i asked the service man of showroom named kirthi abt number plat, bt evry time he excuses and missbehave.i called him hundreds of time, BT he nvr reply.it is my first and last review.i decide to go to the police for help
I had a very bad experience here in purchase as well as service.
Dealership: Before purchase they treat you very nicely and try to win your heart (as every other dealer). After my purchase they just kept ignoring for all the pending work (starting from registration to fitting accessories). I kept running for 3 months until my work was fully done.
Service: I am not sure if they have experienced mechanics. The problem you tell them remains after repair. They don't know to fix anything, they just replace all the faulty parts. Moreover, they emptied my full tank petrol when I gave it on service. Luckily I clicked the photo of my fuel meter before handing my bike to them and I caught them red handed. They agreed to the mistake however couldn't return all the fuel and returned 3 litres. I would recommend to go to some local experienced service centers whom you can trust and get the spare parts from the genuine parts shop yourself. I asked them to replace the air filter in third service (as its mentioned in the booklet). They said it's wrongly written and that they wouldn't do it.
Spare parts: Now they have even stopped keeping spare parts. You need to go to Marathali to get genuine parts. Or let them get it for you in 3 4 days.
I came to buy the vehicle hear this guys is showing attitude and not giving respect to customers. No vehicles is available for test ride they are giving new vehicle to test and in that no petrol. Waste of time i almost waited 40min to get the test ride.
I had given my bike for service, its was not bad. But few minor issues I found in service. RPM meter wast not clocking properly, tyer pressure was not set properly and they don't have Teflon coat.
Gave my pulsar 150 for service took the vechike back but small issue in the fuel leakage I went back to rectify he told now it is ready Again same problem I left the bike back from last three days Mr. Anil is telling one or the other story about the vechile and he is not delivering, very worst service manager I have never seen such a wrong commitment person please do not give the bike for service here he don't have a courtsey to update also

Worst Experience! Please don't go to SLN motors. I bought pulsar 150 classic. After many calls and visiting I got assesories and paper stuffs around after 20 days. Those paper was from khivraj Bajaj. To get the bike registration no also I had to call many times. They don't know how to behave with customers well. They are harrassing the customers. Instead of going SLN motor please visit khivraj Bajaj or any other showroom.
Workshop is good. But the spare parts availability over there is very bad. Most of the time you won't find the parts to be available & they will ask you ti wait for it.
I don't know why, but authorised service centres have a tendency to unnecessarily change the parts even when they are not totally worn out.
This service centre is no exception. It was my first paid service (after 3 free services from Bajaj) and I ended up paying ₹2250.
They change lot many parts unnecessarily, which led to an exorbitant bill. So it was not a satisfactory experience for me as I ended up paying way more than what I should have.
Service may be same in all bajaj showrooms it's all depend on the mechanics experience and loyalty. I think they grab opportunity in some way or other.i faced a petrol loss, I know usually people do go for service with limited level of petrol, I had to fill petrol in order to reach showroom that was my scenario. But they use these kind of opportunities, I pay for service as they ask but still it happens. I know it's my fault to allow the opportunity for them, I believed in them but still after all these years.people never change!
There is a good collection of bike accessories. Reasonable and worth too one of my friend Mr. Sharath Raj has got a very good ethic sense and approachable too
They charged double the estimated quote and charged for replacements which never happened. In turn they replaced the disk brake wheel which was perfectly fine before I gave bike to them. Right after the service I found front wheel making some noise, upon further check, I found the disk wheel damaged. Total bill they gave me was 10k.
Never ever give bike for servicing in this service center. They do not have mechanic. They keep lieing. I had given my bike for repair and even after 2 mo ths they have not done it. They always come up with a new excuse all the time.
Bloated service charge. They will just try to take as much money as they can by trying to change everything even though it is not required. Service is poor. Staff is inexperienced. You have to visit the service center a second time after every service. They will screw one thing or the other in the bike every time.
Advice to Owner: Hire good staff.
1 stars only due to Manjunath's good behavior else service is poor. Recommended only if you want to buy a new bike.
