I can't thank you enough for the special, excellent care and great facilities. The doctors and the nurses were very skillful and courteous as well. Thank you again.

Recently, my aunt was admitted in the hospital for the delivery. The staff were very well trained. Duty doctors are nurses are interactive to the patients. Both the rooms and wash rooms are well maintained. Service was phenomenal. Ambience is too good. I suggest to go for this hospital.

1. The receptionist lacks knowledge on simple and basic medical knowledge. Not sure, if hba1c is to be taken in empty stomach or otherwise.
2. There is no system in place to inform the patient by phone/sms regarding the availability of report for collection. In the same way no system to send a copy of report by mail.
3. The report in our case got delayed by a day.
4. In spite of telling the spelling of the patients name letter by letter, it was typed wrongly. Sekar for Shankar.
5. We found three people sleeping in the reception hall by 7.30am. Not a good sight for a hospital.
6. Lacks in hygiene.
7. The CBC report does not contain some other aspects of platlet counts which are generally included elsewhere.

Worst ever medical service at Yelahanka. Avoid visiting, high cost, doctor not worried about patients, they want to close all left over stock from pharmacy, return of unused medicine is herculean task. Rude staff and reception. Medical director not available.

Had undergone surgery, everything was explained in a simple way before and after surgery. All the staffs were very humble and helpful during the entire stay.

Worst hospital, my sister in law was admitted due to piles, they recommend operation, she undergone operation but no use, again she started suffering from same problem, we consulted another doctor he told that no operation is done related piles. Please don't visit this hospital. Doctors are money minded.

Blindly we can go and with ESI CARD facilities and reception people are rudely behaviour of Mr. Ramesh and Nurses are pleasent work with desence and they are taking money unnecessarily if uneducated people come and joins in hospital i appreciate the ward aids, wardboys, nurses are very good and humble give respect and taking respect good hospital and environment and especially Dr. Mandeep very excellent and we'll talented person I ever seen inthe banglore.

Had a good experience in hospital.one of best hospital in North Bangalore, formalities for ESIC are very easy.

This hospital is one of the best hospital for ESI care holders and for normal citizen as well in Yelahanka area.
It has good treatment facilities and most important the staffs are very very cooperative and polite. Moreover the cleanliness is very very good.
Coming to cost of treatment, it is moderate. If you have insurance and ESI card then there is no issue at all.

The worst maintained hospital i ever seen they Charing more than an normal hospital bed charges and main doctor he don't have any professional ethics, all he need is money and nursing staffs are worst they don't know how to treat the patient in the picture u can see the hospital bio medical wastes are keep open to the lift and stairs every floor is accessed through the lift and stairs.
And finally the doctors have mixed option for treats to some doctor in the tell to do something and another doctor who is coming rounds in evening tells something else
My suggestion is don't ever go this hospital by seeing the reviews and most of the reviews given to this hospital is fake and they forced their own staff to give the reviews
