Horrible experience
There was a buy one get one offer tag put up on men’s section so I purchased two T-shirts. But while billing they charged money for both the items. Next day when I went to ask for my money, the staff were so rude and said that the offer tag was put up by mistake but the price is different. You either take it at the mentioned price or take back all your money. There’s no proper manager to handle their customer’s complaint as well. The standard of their customer service is very low, they don’t know how to talk properly or come up with a situation.

Good place for Saturday evening to spend with family and purchase groceries in resealable prices.

They will force you to use UPI to pay bills by lying about their card swap machines not working. Also their system is laggy and buggy so your money will deducted and they will say its not reached to use sir.
They will say it will be reversed after 4 days. You need to double pay if you want groceries from there. Its been many days my money is still not reversed. Avoid this store if you don't want to waste your time in following them every day.
I saw they have many cases like that along with me, by mistake when they share the screen shots.

The display has different prices and offers but while billing they ask you to pay extra. There is no store manager to help you in such situations and the staff is also rude they say you openly this is the final price you want to buy you can or leave it

If you are keeping these type of staff here in such a reputed bazaar or a store, your store will be closed soon! Rude behaviour by all the manpower.

The security here is dumb. He asked me to lock my purse. So how do I pay at the billing. To be alert is good but not becoming dumb. He was once even sceptical why the reused bag from his shop is not billed. I prefer to do zepto and big basket instead of going through such idiotic people
