Great experience with Malleswaram smart Bazaar helpfull staff need product shoping done too quick

Typical Reliance experience. Well segregated sections. Can easily browse for required items. Help from staff also available. However they need to optimise home delivery.

Malleswaram place is small in comparison to other places. Staff are limited. If you want varieties of products you can visit Malleswaram 5th cross (Old Geetanjali talkies) where display of products are very good.

Neat, spacious, elegant. The Reliance smart bazar is centrally located at the end of malleshwaram 5th cross road well connected. The bazar has great display area for all it's merchandise. The store caters to all the daily needs from soaps, detergents, toiletries, buscuits, breads, milk and dairy products such as cheese, butter, ghee.vegetables and fruits, groceries, Dryfruits, spices, stationery items, pet foods, plastic buckets, tubs, mugs, steel utensils all arranged neatly and easy to grab.
Above all, there will be innumerable items available on discounts, offers. Great shopping at Reliance Smart Bazar. Last but not the least, one will get bonus points on every purchase and the points can be redeemed.

Have very good options for groceries. Great price too comparable with other such stores. Have home electrical electronics items too. Apparels are of acceptable quality. Good arrangements during festival like flowers, fruits at best prices.

Employee refused to to do the billing, when we got the items billed at another counter no help provided to put the packets into bags and to top it all 2 employees at the counter got into a physical brawl. Worst experience

Previously Big Bazar, now acquired by Reliance.
The offers and discounts have been kept the same, you get good discounts and offers on seasonal items, not all has discounts, some are way expensive.

. Staff is not efficient.
. They do not care about the consumers
. Their counters were empty couldn't even bill the product we brought!
. They should really improve their staff

Worst experience, the management have displayed 50% offer on the women's clothing section, we purchased 2 tops but in billing counter we came to know that there is no such offer for those tops and they say that the offer is applied for few tops and by mistake all tops are marged.the staff, manager all are giving excuses but not ready to correct their mistakes. And not sorry for the mistake also. The staff is like if u want u can purchase or can leave it, not ready to listen the customer.

I am talking about reliance supermarket
The people, security and workers are literally treating bad
They beat to death one customer tonight
I don't know what happened but i can hear outside of their private room WHICH IS IN THE GROUND FLOOR someone is screaming to death

Today, We visited Smart Bazaars branch newly open at Malleswaram. We purchased a few items. We could not find a senior citizen counter for billing, only 3 billing counter were opened. It was crowded and the billing person was so arrogant and does know how to give respect to customer. Even though I am 71 years I was asked to put the item on the billing counter and also was asked to put the article in my bag. No assistance was give. I was very dissatisfied with the service!

Recently done so much of shopping
Thing observed is as per label displayed for example 50%flat off in apparel will not be same It will be33%!?
Request not to waste our precious time
Adhere to the price mentioned on display board

Pleasantly surprised at the prices and offers.
Staff are very cooperative and suggest genuine best deals. Billing staff are efficient.
I found some deals better than at the METRO and some even cheaper than the wholesale market. This place is going to give a stiff competition to the established trader community.
Parking is a constraint.
Overall, a great experience.
I suggest visiting this place.
