Don’t even go there! Worst service worst experience… Entirely fraud and utterly ridiculous service! They promise everything you say and doesn’t even bother to think about the product and delivery. I canceled the product and they bothered me for one month to refund the amount. Also, they have cut half of the amount and told this is what we give do whatever you can! Seriously!?

Please don't buy any products. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. In one word I can say that if you want cry then go and buy. Those guys are cheaters and scammers.

Don't go and purchase there. They will say like we will deliver new item from godown but tg us. In Bangalore No. 1 fraud and worsted shop I ever seen before.
Note: Simply the specs wala will give 5 years warranty, but they won't pick our call.

Actually I don't want to give 1 star rating also.but no option.

Though price is less for the items, quality is very bad and fitting is not good. Also after sales service is very bad.

Smart wood furniture shop is very very very bad quality and cheaters shop.please don't buy any thing in that shop. They will deliver second hand things and if will ask return policy they won't pic our calls and no response. It's number one fraud shop in banglore.please don't buy any furniture am suggesting you. We faced lot of issues from them. Very very worst shop. To be honest I don't like to give at least 1 star rating also. I never seen this type of shop.

Not a good experience with delivery. But the product quality is awesome for the price. They won't deliver the furniture on the promised time.they tell that the furniture will be delivered in 2 days. But they will take 5 days. Overall good.

Worst service after you make the payment.you will have to keep following it up with them for delivery, any service. Quality is poor too.

Don’t buy or visit this furniture shop sales man tell nice words and faking words to make you buy and after purchase no proper response and not proper delivery. My suggestion is don’t visit this shop

Bunch of cheaters who will waste your time, money and energy.
Fraud.

They sell cheap quality products. Bought so many items from them. After 1 year everything starts disintegrating. Even have mold/white ants for some of the furniture. Unless you're desperate or running short of money don't buy here

I purchased sofa and double cart bed, pooja items from this shop. Horrible experience, once you order and pay advance money, they will never respond, they will not pick phone, they will not deliver, Their response is very bad.delivered damage items. Never recommend for this shop.

Worst experience ever, dont buy from this shop they cheat too much, i ordered for an Pooja Mandir they promised to deliver in 5 days, after continuous followup i got the product after 8 days, it was old damaged product, sharp edges, very dirty, i spent 3 days only to clean the product after paying these peoples.

Bought a sofa. Worst quality and it's been three months, multiple calls, multiple visits to showroom and still no one coming to fix the sofa. I won't recommend this store to anyone even if they are giving in free any items. Worst experience

Bed which they showed is different and received one is different. Being asked many times to change the bed. They simply say godown people will call you no one has come till now. And we tired and stopped asking them.please do not go with this shop

They deserve a negative rating. Never go to this shop. The quality of the goods they deliver is not as kept in store. The delivery is even worse. They did not deliver even after 15 days. They switch off the phone so that you are unable to contact them. They take advance token amount upfront and make the customer suffer. In my case they delivered a different design to what was finalised. On top of it they are very rude post the advance payment.

Please be aware from smart furniture shivaji nagar. They only smart part is they know how to make people fools by promising good products. But i am assuring you end product will be useless and disaster. I got cheated badly in dinning table.

Please avoid visiting this shop for any of your furniture needs. This shop is run by some truly unprofessional people who commit false delivery dates to seal the deal. They would ask for an advance payment so that you are left with no other choice but to wait till the eternity to get your furniture delivered.

Don't even try dialing those phone numbers mentioned as for most of the times, they are either switched off or out of network.

For my case, it has been more than 15 days now and I'm still waiting for my furniture to get delivered.
