SmartStay Service Apartment

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs are amazing. The staff at this property (Prabhakar, Ganesh & Arjun) are all great! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and I highly recommend this apartment stay.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Hubli this was on the top of the list of best stays/exp.staff was very hospitable, polite and there for every need of mine.thank you so much for great exp.

It was very difficult to find a pet friendly accommodation and Anoop's smart stay came through.before booking I addressed some apprehensions I had regarding the hygiene and location but Anoop assured us that there is no need for us to worry and once we reached the location it was just like he mentioned.there was nothing to worry about.
Anoop and all the staff we interacted with, whether it was Prabhakar or the watchman, were very cordial and very approachable even at odd times if required. I would recommend this location to any pet parent looking for accommodation when making a pitstop at hubballi.

The rooms are good for a comfortable stay. The hall is big with a kitchen and dining table on one side. The linen could have been cleaner because i found quite a few stains on it. The bathrooms were clean.
The apartment has an elevator so that's good for children and senior citizens.
The main drawback is the lack of restaurants nearby. It will be great if the apartment arranges snacks kiosk within the property.

Big and spacious 2 BHK, both A/C rooms with comfortable beds, for 2500/- for two persons with fully functioning kitchen (microwave oven, induction stove, fridge, utensils etc.).
Stayed with family for 1 night while driving from Bangalore to Goa. The area is safe and perfect for family.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Covered car parking is available. Very helpful and friendly management team. Ordered food via Swiggy for dinner and breakfast.

Place is ok to stop by for short stay with family. No restaurant near by. Have to order food. Wifi doesn't work. Rooms is big enough but bed sheet n pillow are dirty.

Conveniently located, great facilities, friendly staff, safe & secure. Much better option compared to pricey & congested Hotels

A really well managed service apartment. Cordial and thoughtful staff and management. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The area is safe. Food can be ordered via Swiggy or Zomato. Great for pet owners. There is parking and the location is great for anyone travelling Bangalore - Mumbai.

It has all the amenities in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom for a pleasant stay. The care-takers are friendly and accommodation of our needs. We had food delivery apps delivering to us quickly.

1. Amazing experience @ affordable price. At a price of 3500 where you get 1 room. They are providing 2BHK serviced flat. (4 pax can accommodate easily)
2. Location is close to nature. In the evening time you can roam around the lake.
