Smoke House Deli

They were playing very loud (outdated) house music at the place. It’s not a club! Highly irrelevant for a place where ideally one would like to talk to eachother while eating. Requesting the staff to turn it down didn’t help. They just argued with us. We just left without finishing our dinner because it got more and more uncomfortable. Never going back.

Somehouse Deli is a familiar name and comes from the house of 'Social'. Minimum guarantee is expected. I must say they didnt disappoint. We ordered multiple dishes and I can safely say that even you would land up good with a blind order.lols.

The place has multiple seating options. I personally liked the open air area. Do note that smoking is allowed there. Nice touch of greenery added.

We had the wings and skewers. Amazing flavours and brilliant dips. Tummy and heart also happy.

On the drinks front, cocktails and the sangria's were amazing as well. The unlimited offer on sangria and select cocktails are priced very well.

I wish I had space in my tummy for the pepper crusted steak. A reason for me to visit again.

Smoke house Deli lavelle road has an all new in-house Sundae bar now to beat the sultry heat and tickle your sweet tooth. Personally tried and loved the Banana split sundae which comes literally in a mini bath tub. And is a meal all by itself. The Bailey's mousse and Rocky Road Sundae are also something you ought to try.

I went here with my friends and the food here is very tasty. We tried prawns chicken tiramisu etc. Everything was super tasty except the tiramisu which was average. The ambiance is also nice although in the front area it's too crowded and people keep smoking there. But you can sit inside if you want to have a peaceful and smoke free environment. The wall drawings in this cafe are unique. Service was also fine although there was some delay.

Things have changed after the pandemic. The complimentary bread basket disappeared and the digital menu is super confusing and hard to chose from. The size of the deserts has also reduced.

Food is very tasty with a very authentic taste and pricing also optimum. The service is slightly slow and sluggish.

They had only online menu for ordering which was confusing. All English breakfast was removed from menu. We had to order sausage, ham, egg, hash brown etc separately. Also they didn't give any butter or jam along with dry toast. We had to ask specifically.

We visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning.
Ordered pancakes, french toast and baken parmesan omelet.
Highly disappointed with the taste.
The pancakes were chewy.
The French toast was soggy and utterly sweet.
The baken parmesan omelet was below average, the menu said asparagus but they put in olives saying it wasn't available.
Coffee was also pretty sad.

The ambiance is good though, staff is friendly and respond well to your requests.

If you're vegetarian then I strictly suggest you avoid this place. The food is very bad and on top of it they are over priced and very less options to choose from.
I'm not the type to waste food but I couldn't even finish half of it.
Only the ambience is very good but not worth going.

Came here after a year. Used to be my favourite place, with fantastic service, great food and a sense of effusiveness. Either the management has changed or their attitude has changed. That's what happens with success. NEVER AGAIN!

Overall not a good experience.
No menu cards, scan and read and some guy takes all data of your phone! Cyber insecurity!
Too much of wait.
Food not upto the expectations. No bread platter offered alongside the main course. Their peers offer assorted bread platter.

Our waiter was extremely rude and constantly giving us looks as if we were doing something wrong

Beautiful place. Perfect for work, have a couple of beers some great Italian food, has a nice seating area outside and you'll have the time of your life. Excellent service, infact the seating in the insides are also beautiful. I'll try the insides on my next visit. ️

Food is super great, don't forget to ask for a basket of bread. You'll love it, do try deserts. We had ordered a Cheese cake which is known to be one of the bests and indeed it was.

Service is great, humble people, can ask for recommendations.

This is only my first visit, hopefully will have more of those and will update the review post couple of more visits.

So overall, 10/10

No doubt the food is delicious so are the drinks but charging extra for regular veggies in pasta was like buying an expensive phone and charging extra for the Charger; didn't expect such a thing from this place!

Really tasty food, but probably the slowest service in the world. Be ready to wait for an eternity even for omelette.

Smoke House Deli is my all time favorite. It is pricey but it never failed to justify the price. Except earlier it used to serve in-house multigrain bread and butter, that they have stopped now - looked unfair to me because everything else looked business as usual.

Excellent steaks

The ambience is great and the restaurant is quite big with multiple sections. The service was very good too and the staff helped us with some good recommendations.

We took the bacon wrapped tenderloin steak and a sausage Platter. The platter was a bit disappointing because it had honey poured over all of them and it kind of ruined the taste. Otherwise it would have been decent. The platter itself came with two varieties of chicken sausage and one type of pork sausage.

The steak looked deceptively small but it was quite filling towards the end. The taste was excellent and perfectly cooked.

I would highly recommend this place for steaks.

Have always been a fan of smoke house deli. Came just for the desserts. Creme brulee and tiramisu are great. This time tried their icecreams too.loved it! They aren't that sweet.for chocolate lovers go for the chocolate cake.the chocolate oozes out of it straight into your heart.

Quite a good dining experience. The staff are very cooperative and will help if needed. The food was pretty good. We went for breakfast, their omelettes and bagels are really nice! Coffees are decent. Post covid their seating is limited but alot of precautions taken. Good all round experience. Should mention they have good deals on their alcohol.

I go here often. Order the same stuff. We’re here mostly for brunch. Otherwise the place is going wild over unlimited booze options.

Fantastic food, great choice of cuisine. Accomplished service by the courteous staff. Subdued afternoon ambience, had a great time. Definitely worth repeating.

Ambience was perfect, food could have been perfect.the beef tenderloin we ordered wasn't tender at all.it was very difficult to cut and chew it. Rest of the food was amazing

Variety of food options not available. Even you have to wait for 20 minutes to get the order on table.
It appears to be a residential infra which is converted into a business asset in order to serve the bangalorian crowd.

Overall it's not the place for food lovers.

Tried the Eggs Benedict, but the hollandaise sauce was nothing like it should be, was served with a cold hash brown, half a tomato and a slice of ham. Was quite disappointing!

Smoked house deli located in indranagar and Forum Shantiniketan mall are millions times better then the one in Lavelle road. Worst experience ever in! Very disappointed. Restaurant was very dusty and dirty. Hospitality was terrible. Please ensure to keep the standard as the same as in the indranagar and forum whitefield.

Great service, excellent food. Ambience is good but can get noisy at times as its visited by large groups and family. Don't miss out the desert section.

This place has great ambiance.
Good food. We ordered Arrabiata penne pasta which was good.
Maui tea with cookie was good.
Peach ice tea was a bit too sour.
Most people seemed to be ordering burgers.
The staff was courteous.

Best place that serves everything fine. I would rather tell it's my quick fix place, it's cheap and good. I didn't find their price overrated as their food served is worth it. I would give a ten.

One of the good places with different ambience in lavelle road. Went here on new year lunch with teammates. The food was tasty and their presentation was on point. Tried their perry perry chicken, salmon, lamb, wine and burgers. All of them stood out. Tender and fresh salmon smoked made it delicious topped with broccoli and spinach. Overall it was good experience.

Breakfast was good.i am not sure about Halal cut, that we need to take consideration if some Muslim people happens to visit. The service was good enough.ambience was fine.so yeah Smoke house deli is cool place to chill

This place is good. We only tried dessert here and some appetizers. Cheesecake was perfect although they didn't had New Yorker baked cheesecake, but still was worth the visit.

Great salads and starters as usual. The steak was delicious and so was the grilled chicken and Americano coffee in the psyphin style.

Food is Good. But why do you add 10% service charges. It's Customer interest to pay or not. I asked your waiter. He said it's printed on the menu, so it's compulsory to pay the S C.

Its very difficult to choose the food as there is no explanation in the menu especially for the vegetarians. If you like burgers then ok main course veg food is not good. Its also very expensive.

One of my favourite places close to home. This is a very charming place to dine at. Have enjoyed the lunches and dinners too.

Salads are a must and the main courses too surely top class. Pizzas are one of their most delectable offerings. The interiors are very unique and a clear attraction at SHD. The loyalty programme is a wonderful value add to the tasty food and the very courteous service here. One of the partners is often around and I do suspect that this ensures the high standards are maintained.

Quiet place for a memorable dineout. Starters and steaks are a delicacy here. Paradise for beef lovers. A notable mention abt the savoury mocktails they give here! It was surely a delight with all the friendly staff and calm atmosphere of this place. Kudos!
