The society is well maintained and all the staffs working for the management are very good. One of the best societies in Electronic City

Visitors have to park outside the gate and do not have a dedicated parking space. Apart from this, a society this big could have a swimming pool as well. Apartments are well ventilated and spacious with low rental.

The apartment facilities are good, but it is located slightly inside Electronic City and you can't reach there without using own vehicle/ taxi services.

You cant come outside after 6pm, full of mosquitoes only. But place and security are good.

It is an apartment complex located in Electronics city- Bengaluru. Has all standard amenities like club house, Gym etc. The planning is a bit awry with hardly any space in between apartments. Rooms are not spacious enough. Location is away from needed requirements.

Pros.
1. Small shopping are inside.
2. Decent and cheap gym.

Cons.
1. Bad conditions of Bathrooms.
2. No swimming pool in the society.
3. Not sound proof enough.

Smondoville apartment is a really very nice placeand most important thing is there garden and play ground very nice for kids and adult.

Simply superb. Has all the amenities. ATM, hair studio, gym, tennis court, supermarket shops etc. Best place to stay.simply awesome. 24 hours power backup, security, water, maintenance.this place has it all.giant gated society

This society is in EC and has a vey good view. Also, the flats are available at a very cheap rate. You can find a 1,2,3 bhk easily.

Nice society with amenities. All festival celebrated here. Flea markets also there meanwhile. Small shopping area inside

Nice society. Great security arrangements. Has a many stores in and around the society and ok kinda gym and nice gardens and play area for kids and adults.

If you get a good house facing free space it’s good.else the property has pretty bad construction bad maintenance office.not a good place to stay.

I don’t know much about the facilities available inside the gated apartment but the approach road from Electronic City & from Bommasandra- both are horrible.

Immediately after crossing the boundaries of Electronic City industrial area, you witness garbage on both the sides of the road leading to Smondoville.

Hope the civic authorities will do something to clear the garbage.

Smondoville is the earliest project in all of the Patel's project in electronic city. It has good children park and ample parking area and walking area. It also has a gym and a club house. There is a ATM, a grocery shop and a vegetable shop inside the premises, where the grocery shop is open till midnight. They provide good security. The best part is all the festivals are celebrated with lots of enthusiasm and I loved the durga puja here.
Visitors parking is outside the complex, flats have issue with electric points and cockroaches.
Overall a good community in budget.

Great and secure apartment community. What lacks in office personnel is compensated with ambience and community events.

Big society with 1134 apartments with good green cover. It is away from all the hustles of Bangalore traffic.

Maintenance charges are very high who ever will go for a rent.amenities are very less as well. No swimming pool.

Smondeville is big township in electronic city, phase1: Bangalore. Facilities are good for living. Multi storeyed blocks are speciality of this township

Great atmosphere and has almost all the facilities. Has quick power backups. Shopping stores of all types are within the complex and parking lot is big and accessible easily.

Nice residential apartments. Good quality construction. Good elevators. Suitable amount of open space as well. Big community it seems helps it in getting more facilities. Approach roads are also good. There is a lake also nearby. Overall a pleasant experience. As more and more buildings come up I am not sure the place will remain as open in future. Also exit through EC roads itself can become a nightmare
