Smoor Chocolates

I have been regular customer of smoor and have generally ordered online through their website. The cakes and pastries are definitely premium quality.

This particular time it was a pleasant surprise experience. For the first time, I ordered through Smoor Marathahalli via swiggy and one item was not delivered. When I asked swiggy to refund it deliver that item, they refused saying they can't do anything. Swiggy has become worst these days. Thanks to its Monopoly.

I called up Smoor Marathahalli store and manager of three store Mr. Manoj ensured that he will get the remaining item delivered. To surprise, he delivered one additional pastry as a token of gesture.

The swiggy vs smoor experience speaks for itself. Ideally this should have been handled properly by swiggy. However, Mr. Manoj took care of them brand image that smoor has and made sure the customer experience is upto the mark. People do make mistakes. It's important to accept and rectify the same.

I really DONT understand Smoor starting inside phoenix mall food court, this isn’t a bakery for ppl to buy just ur cakes, u have an EXPERIENCE which CAN BE best served in an independent location anywhere in whitefield rather than a NOISY STUPID MALL FOODCOURT, learn from ur success in Indiranagar, ppl need a really nice place to hang out, Please take this SERIOUSLY.

Fantastic chocolate and biscuits. There are some innovative sweets. Highly recommended to visit this place if you love the sweets!

Ambience ia good. But we feel that food is not of good quality. I personally felt the food was stale and not fresh.

This outlet is located at a comfortable place in Phoenix Market City and is one of the better places to sit near one of the balcony doors. As for the brand in itself Smoor has been one of the bigger names when it comes to dessert market in Bangalore and justifiably so, with their wide range of desserts. I personally find their desserts a little sweeter than it should be and their cheesecake a little creamier than it should be, but that is a very personal and hence a subjective opinion. Do visit this place though when you are in the mall and decide for yourself.

Tasty desserts. I ordered the rainbow pastry. It costed nearly 400 bucks. Super expensive. I beleive they can provide these at lesser price.

Quality of the cakes are amazing.

Surely over expensive considering the brand and the location of the shop.

For eg. A small tiny chocolate would cost you 70 INR here.

Overall a good place to consume loads of calories and a definite feast for your taste buds.

I just love this place. On every visit to Phoenix Marketcity definitely i would like to go Smoor. I would like to recommend below things you must try.

Service is very poor. For getting 2 glass of water, we asked 5 times. We wasted 30 minutes of time just for getting 3 coffee.

I always purchase the biggest box of chocolates for my father when I go visit him. It's on the expensive side but the quality is definitely worth it.

The cakes are good, but the water we asked had some insects lying in it. Not sure if they are serving tap water just like that. Dont drink water from there

Small outlet with sitting arrangement for 10 people. Staff is friendly and the ambience is good too. This outlet does not serve on the plate desserts like balloon brownie etc. A nice place to visit if you are a choclate lover.

I would rate this place a 5* for me. I loved the service provided by the two lady staff. I visited to purchase a full cake for birthday celebrations. I was not sure if taste and asked them for taste. They serve me small portion enough to taste the cakes. That helped me identify what I should buy among the options. Options are not much but whatever they have, it's awesome. Tried their cheese cake as well, a pastry. That was delicious too.

Very good behaviour of the staff. The products and merchandise is as usually of very high standard. This time the Bluberry Cheese cake was exactly what expected in Smoor. Possibly our 5th visit in one of the Smoor stores across Bangalore. The pricing remains as high as ever. This time we were looking for sugar free dark chocolates, something not easily available but there are medium sized bars available of 54% variety with minimal sugar content. The cakes and chocolates are very similar and attractive as used to be six months back.

Recently bought two birthday cakes - red velvet n rainbow. Tastes great. But found couple of pastries too sweet to complete. Overall good.

Did not allow us to eat cake saying celebrations not allowed! And this is a a cake N chocolates shop!

I like this place so much.thought it's bit costlier. It's just not a place for chocolates, they have amazing sandwiches, cakes, etc, I love especially their hot chocolate drinks. Give a try and am sure it's worth it! Forgot to say, their customer service also takes my appreciation.
