Today morning. For Breakfast to wait for 25 minutes and response was poor. For lunch almost same experience in this and also very poor attendance. "Some guests protested and walked out of dining hall. " This is because of very poor attention and casual attitude by the catering management. In total management need to give more attention towards hospitality process and also serving staff needs some basic trainings. Its disgraceful.

SMP Caterers served yummy breakfast rava idli and udina Vada and lunch for our house function. Owner Madava rao himself came checked all catering arrangements, thanks to Madava rao.
