Very bad experience from the snehi homeopathic clinic, even we called the clinic and booked appointment after reaching the clinic we have had waited for more than one and half ohr, saw some patients were waiting for seeing doctor so accordingly we also waited having severe fever however when it came to our turn, the receptionist told you have to wait because another person have appointment, we also told, same thing we did called and booked.but the lady after sometime receptionist she didn't mind or talk with us and called the other person. And the person came after us around 40minutes. Totally near by 2ohrs waited us and wasted time there, didn't see the doctor. Please don't go if you have
If clinic having more patients, requesting to recruit more staffs too. First when i went, waited for 1 hour, the receptionist called another person and allowed them to visit doctor first.she is only taking medicine and she only sitting at reception also.she don't know who came first. So that next time we called and pre-book done, but waited for 1 and half hours. Still the same.we didn't met doctor.we wasted time and left. That receptionist didn't even conveyed or talked properly. Doctor and treatment may be good.bit we value for respect and our time also. Very bad experience. Never want to visit and will not recommend to anyone.
Doc Kalpana is not only a great doctor but also a good person. Sober, gentle, empathetic and soft spoken. She gives sufficient time to each patient and she studies the patient data & diagnose meticulously. She is kind of that doctor where you can be care Free and establish a connection.
Even when I am outside or abroad, I am used to bug her over whatsapp asking any medical advices; as soon as she make herself some time she calls or replies me back with her advices. It's a rare thing actually in today's days!
With her help only I could reduce my cholesterol level unimaginably. My friends, wife also follows her advices and seek medical helps whenever required!
