One of the earliest flats in this area, more than a decade old apartment, most are occupied by techies of ITPL which is located just about 3.5kms away. Decent construction of this period, but lacks basic amenities in the vicinity. The lift never operates. The area isnt still having good roads and street lights. Groceries shops are Located a bit away. BMTC bus are available from Mayura Bakery or Forum mall, about 2kms away.

Decent apartment with basic amenities like lift, power backup, etc. Have groceries store, and other shops for daily needs in walkable distance.

Peaceful place. Society management is poor. Lift remains out of service most of the times which is painful
