Nice society. Good ambience, Park and walking pavement are good. Houses are well designed. Parking facility is good. Ample space available

The locality is very secured and it's a gated community.
The security staff are very strict and only after proper identification people are sent in.
The common areas are well maintained, and it is also in a place where availability for things is not difficult.

Society is good bit surrounded areas are smelly due to bad odour from bellandur lake. Rest all is fine, like good space, all amenities and green glen area is equipped with all daily needs requirements along with good restaurants, food and tea joints.

Good place to live as a family or alone. Houses are a bit old but it depends on how well the owners are maintaining.

It's located in good residential area. Provision and groceries store are nearby. Great to stay with family

Society is not very well mantained as comparef to other sobha cluster properties.
Layout is also average of the flat.
Amenities are operational but not upto sobha standards.
Price is on a very high side looking at the other consideration
Locstion is bit inside but good around 1km inside ORR.
Overall a nice small society but keeps all these points into consideration.

We shifted here.a month back and are having a good time so far except for the pesky neighbours who think bachelors are out to destroy their peace.

The flats in Shobha Carnation are spacious and well designed. Other facilities in the apartment like clubhouse is shared between multiple shobha apartments in Green Glen layout in Bellandur.
Apartment has good green cover in the middle. Security is also well taken care of. It has spacious parking, jogging and children's play area.
Problems - The area has become really congested lately. Too many cars on the narrow lane causes traffic jams. The road to the apartment is always broken and too much dust is in the air causes problem while walking.
Because of the polluted Bellandur lake behind, mosquitoes are a big problem here.
Overall a good apartment to stay.
