Legal issue? ! My first-hand experience.

I was first very impressed with the layout's massive size and a lot of dedicated green space (mini forests) plus beautiful club house. Indeed it's a very beautiful community. BUT THAT STOPS THERE! I recently finalized a villa (#58 N facing) for purchase, though villa ceiling in that phase 1 is lower (around 9.5 ft only max) than normal heights, old style construction and direct access to Banlore-Hyd NH is just ZERO as the only underpass next to that NH will be fully water-logged during rainy seasons (you have to go around some 6-7 km at leat to reach NH or any hospital, etc). After finalizing the price, went thru legal review process which became long and painful. I checked docs with my lawyer who required few important, missing docs for scrutiny, but the seller could not produce them. He claimed that this is a reputed builder's property and they dont have the docs means the docs are not imp. And my lawyer did not want to proceed further without those docs. I tried another lawyer and again the story is the same. Finally I had to call off. Not sure if all survey numbers are like this.

SLL may have fancy houses but has no humanity. Their Resident Welfare Association is illegally relocating helpless dogs, cruelly using metal rods to pick and throw blind dogs into trucks, then proceeding to dump them in the middle of forests to fend for themselves in unknown territory filled with wild animals. Shame on you!

The villas are bit old but are super spacious and well built.the whole landscaping is very well done.they have left ample spaces between 2 villas and the clubhouse and common areas are spaced well which gives a lot of openness to view at.it’s quite far off Bangalore center.so don’t feel so well connected to the city.

Inside villa layout is good but price 8+ cr for 5000 sqft and 4000 sqft construction with medium quality is not worth. Since place is far from all. Feel like a resort where we can stay for 1-2 days not perminent stay. Place is suitable for the business and well wealthy people to spend their luxurious life with all facilities but still villa price is too high as land cost not high in that area and extension of IVC road is not sure.just BRAND is making more money and people is following without any reason as we have enough options in market with less price

This is a community that doesn’t respect animals as much as they respect their own children, and are absolutely illiterate and don’t deserve to live in a space like this or anywhere else. Feels like we are living in the days of Sati. Absolutely sick and shameless. My heart breaks everytime I see what they did.

Having nothing to complain but people around SHOULD LEARN TO LET AND LIVE. PLEASE BE KIND TO ANIMALS

Horrible place.inhuman. They should turn this place in medical treatment centre and give treatment for mentally ill people who does treat animals with humanity

INHUMANE SOCIETY THAT IS FORCEFULLY & CRUELLY REMOVING AND DUMPING STRAY DOGS IN FORESTS ON OUTSIDE BANGALORE

Shame on you all for relocating a blind old dog that was a threat to no one. Money can’t buy you a class or a soul.
