Visited for biometrics.
It is enough to be there by 10-15 mins before you scheduled time in order to avoid waiting on the pathway.

**Suggestions based on my experience**
If you visit with a 4 wheeler, better avail the parking they provide which is 100rs for 3 hrs.
Finish off ur biometrics in less than 15-30 mins.
If you got time i.e. Within the 3 hrs of ur parking time, then head out for snack/meal at Udupi which is walkable and also maybe visit Garuda Mall to chill for some time and then head back.

Good treatment from security, in that busy area we r getting parking thanks a lot. For three hour's it's 100 and continues if extended.

VFS global for Canada works here in the 8th floor. Prior appointments are required to get inside.

There is no waiting area and the parking is cramped. It's a task to get in the underground parking and get out. Also as the road is busy the visitor parking entrance should be mentioned clearly so that one can see from a distance else you will miss the turn and being a busy road no way to turn or go reverse

Pathetic customer service. Need to improve on people's skills. Not customer friendly at all.

I visited for biometric purpose and the office does not have a waiting longue for the candidates who comes early. I was asked to stay outside the main gate of the premises for 3hours. Disgusting service from VFS global. Similarly like me several others were also on the street

If you're here for biometrics (VFS Global CA), the securities wont allow you to enter the compound until 5 mins before your slot time. Facilities inside are good.

I went here for canada biometrics. U have to pay for parking Rs. 50 without any receipt. U have no choice and u end up paying

Worst service. Every time telling.lie
Net work issu net work issu. I'm Cmng last year December (1 year). Bt still telling Pass book printer is nt working.

People have to wait outside for canada visa until the call in, it's crowded on the streets

One of the poorest service and worst ATM machines which would hardly work or put you in trouble when you need service the most.

I don't know about others but have had nightmares with the uncourteous staff there and the bad quality of ATM machines.

Though the brand is reliable the people here are scary.

The building is beautiful with good ambience and I was personally satisfied with the service of the Staff and I had been there to get my cousin's biometric done for the Canadian Visa. There is no free parking available but the overall experience was good.

The Canadian Visa Application Center is in this building. It is a big building located close to the Central Mall. If you need to visit the Canadian Visa Application Center, you will have to come here. The services provided are very good.

Calm and Quiet place. Main crowd infront of this building were the ones waiting for vfs biometric submission.

I have went here get my biometrics done. As I went there at the time of pandemic, there was not a place to park my vehicle as it was in a no parking area. Even though there was a lot of parking area in the building, we were not allowed to park there due tos some other reasons. It can bee seen just opposite to the fire force station in ashok nagar and is located next to the centre mall.

Very good surrounding. Came here for my Canada biometrics. The hotel was fine with good staffs and clean environment.

The visa processing done by them are supercool. Bags and laptops are not allowed inside they provide locker for rent but it cost higher.and the take every documents u want before entering to the building everything cost higher.especially printout and lockers.

Got here for visa application.just come 15 mins before your appointment and it will be hassle-free. Overall very nice infrastructure

The building is really catchy and can be easily found by new comers. The 8th floor of this building is the VFS global Canada, which provides various visa regarding services. There is bike as well as car parking, where bike is charged at 10₹/hr and car @ 25/hr

ICICI bank is located on the ground floor of this building. VFS Global for Canada service is located on 8th floor. Parking is very limited and most of them are reserved for the offices. If you are coming for anything here better to park your four wheeler in Bangalore Central Mall which has sufficient space.

I went to this office complex for the biometrics needed for Canada visa application. The VFS global provides this facility which is situated at the 8th floor. In the maps, it's showing permanently closed, but it's not. The staff who did the initial procceedings were cordial but the lady who took my biometrics wasn't. She was in BIO 4, a chubby faced short girl. She was pretty aloof. I didn't place my fingers properly initially. She started to rebuke me instantly. Kept on asking whether I knew English or not. It wasn't busy at all. So can't blame she was having a hectic day at work Not so courteous at all, so unprofessional. Fun fact was that, they took my feedback just after the initial procceedings, in which I rated them quite highly.

Its located next to Bangalore central mall. It is an office complex. The premises are tidy. I visited canada visa processing center vfs. Walkable distance from mg road metro station. There is also a bus stop very near.

Emigration n visa one of the worst feedback n services higher authority please look into this matter n no proper guidance either

This place is so much easy to reach. I went here for Biometrics. The places near this building is beautiful and well maintained. You can only allowed to enter 30mintues before your appointment time.

Every facility except parking is good.
We should take care of parking otherwise we have to pay for parking charges.
This is located in good area.

I attended for Canada Visa biometric, they will allow inside only before 15 minutes of our appointment time. Keep exact amount which requires for the biometric application fee, and carry two copies of each of your documents because they will charge more amount for each Xerox copy. Don't carry any luggage with you because you have to keep it in clock room and again they are charging more amount.

ICICI Bank both the Retail and Commercial Banking are servicing the here for the last two decades.
A high reputed Chirate Co.is also in the same building.

It's situated in a very peaceful location. The main entrance to ICICI Bank and the second entrance to a room with 4 elevator.the parking area is not very large, but it's fine.

Parking should be given free for visitors of sobha pearl. Security guards are available. Got enough lifts. Building is kept neat and clean by authorities. Gaurada mall is nearby. Just 5 mins walk. ATM available as a bank is working in ground floor.
