Although collection is good but Sales staff behavior not up to the mark.

Forced us to buy clothes worth 12K saying 2k coupon for each 6k worth of merchandise.

When we went to buy next time the team told us that till 15k purchase only 2k coupon is given.

Sales person are very cool, they will show u many option very pateintly. The product available there is awesome.

Recently purchased clothes. I was concerned about clothes shrinking while drying using a dryer (previous experience and I live in the US). Sales guys were very confident their clothes will not shrink. I buy few shirts and couple of pants. First wash and shirt sleeves and pants have shrunk by 2 inches at least.

Damn those lehengas are so beautiful and worth the price, I bought a semi stitched lehenga with full handwork for 10k. I looked like a doll in the dress. Felt like a princess and the skirt had so many layers, so the shape of the skirt was like shape of the ball gowns.
And if you go to soch during red dot sale or reduction sale, you'll always find steel deals

Decent selection of Indian traditional wear and alterations offered for next day delivery, salespeople are friendly and helpful

Disappointment with the store as the staff gives false information with the alternation of saree. Did not receive it as the sample which was shown

Soch is little over priced, but I find sari fabric quality is really good. I anyways buy from here.

I won't talk about the clothing or prices etc, because it's on par with any Soch anywhere; but I was assisted today by a wonderful lady on the second floor with picking out kurtis and she accompanied me so patiently through trying on so many, was so helpful and well informed and efficient, including making arrangements to alter some and even have one delivered to me that they were out of my size for. I'm sorry I forgot to get her name, thank you for the great service!

First floor sales person was good, Except for one sales person in ground floor who was extremely rude and not letting see any sarees until other person came and started showing.

I had a specific requirement and did not want to just browse for clothes. Younus was a fantastic salesperson. Couldn't have found what I wanted without his help. Ended up buying all that I needed and ensured I got the size I wanted.

I purchased the dress and it should be done alteration so I said them to do alter but they did not do it properly and fitting also not done properly and the stitches which they have removed that also not stitched properly it was worst I had function immediately and I was not able to go back and correct it for this I called them but there was not proper response

They have no respect for customers' time. I bought a salwar and gave it for alteration. They said I can come and collect it at 4: 30, but it is 5: 10 pm and I still haven't got it. And they kept saying "Just 5 minutes" all the while. Extremely disappointed.

A friend bought a few dress materials. They do not have provisions for tailoring. The reference given by the staff, to a tailor nearby turned out to be utterly disappointing, resulting in a platform quality of a dress sourced through SOCH. Request you guys to refer only verified tailors. Please.

It is a shop for buying Indian ethnic wear for women and they have a wonderful collection in terms of design, fabric quality and all occasions including formal office wears.

The lady ordered one dress for me from Soch online portal as the required size was not available in the store. She told that it would be delivered within 2-3 days. Now it is almost a week. They haven't delivered. While contacting customer care, every time they are mentioning, it would be delivered next day. But nothing happened. Still waiting for my dress to be delivered. Pathetic service. Now I am soching not to buy anything from Soch.

All staff are very courteous and helpful. The Manager at Commercial Street Branch was very very helpful and took personal care in getting our problem resolved

I HV visited 5 to 7 times to the store what ever I ask wch is in the booklet they say not in stock all the time.

Don't you just hate it when sales staff follow you around the whole store just inches away from you? If I need help I'll ask, no need to become my shadow. My wife also finds the tops and kurtis there a little "boxy"and shapeless as can be seen with the amount of pins used on the window display. This is not confined to this branch but all branches of Soch

The prices are reasonable. However, if you are looking for pure silk then I would not suggest silk. But of you are fine with mixed fabric silk then you can find some beautiful contemporary designs within your budget. पूरे silk starts from some 6k, here you can buy blended silk starting from 2.5k.

You get good price in sale but goods on sale from here are mostly defective. You can exchange defective product but no cash return

Worst experience possible!
They gave us a credit note worth Rs. 6498 and the manager of the Commercial Street Store told me, it can be used in any of the Soch outlets all over India. The store closest to me is the one in Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Road. When I went there to buy, the store managers were very rude and wasted all my time. Their names are Aditya and Abdul Riyaz. On top of this, they tell me the tailor is unavailable and it cannot be altered, when I told them I'm willing to get it altered at a different Soch store provided they talk to that store's manager and find out if the tailor can help me, he blatantly refused to do so. This is such a horrible experience and waste of time and money.
With my money being held in Soch, what legal steps can be taken. Any help will be valuable.

Located at commercial Street and various other places in India, the store offers a wide variety of ethnic clothing from sarees to kurtas to blouses. Anything and everything a person looking to wear ethnic clothes will find this store a delight. From formal to casual wear one can get anything they want. Ashok and Sonia have me an excellent customer service experience, however Sujata needs a lot of training, it felt like she was doing me a favour by pointing in the direction of the clothes I was looking for. However the other two made my shopping experience a pleasure. The prices are reasonable with a lot of variety. Great value for money and the central location adds appeal to the place.

A horrible experience. Recommend to not buy anything from here. The customer service is terrible and they have no respect for regular customers.
