Sales executive Ms. Saranya is amazing. She is perfect in her job.

The customer care in this showroom is very poor. The executive was keen on showing kurtas to me and but then I shared that I have an offer and also need to use my SOCH credit note, his attitude instantly changed and he simply lingered here and there and needed to be chased for everything. Disgusting attitude it was. Showed utter disinterest and didn't even respond to my queries properly. I had to leave without buying anything. I have decided not to use my offer as well now and will now make a purchase and that too I need to use my credit note (as I had my money invested earlier)
Today may be the last day but otherwise we don't ever wish to visit SOCH ever again.

My aunt had bought a saree and the blouse without the use of perfumes has got spoilt. The design and border has come out and become black. When we asked for replacement we were said they'll provide only the material and blamed us that we would have used perfume. What kind of low quality is used then? We paid 9k for such a set. We're claiming refund but they're not responding relatively. Very bad service!

Soch as a brand, we had immense likes and love towards your collections & the purchase we make. Looks like fame has given way to low quality material as offers and not being responsible enough to do justice to your loyal customers. Not the brand but I feel the store has to be held responsible for this. No professional quality team to raise a complaint, it’s just like any other local store in the market.

People reading this kindly take some sort of gurantee for the material you purchase.
