I love this Brand, some how the sales staffs are very pushy. When we shop they encourage to buy more saying there is flexibility exchanging, hassle free etc, however when you go to exchange or return they make faces make it look like it’s a big deal.

Had purchased 2 sarees worth 15k, on top of it paid extra for getting them stitched for ready to wear. Waited a week and received hopeless sarees so much so that had to return them and get unstitched ones! Lesson learnt.they do not deliver sarees with fall n piku (which is expected of them to do free of charge) on top of it they will NOT tell you that they are not doing so! So after a week's wait, we are now running around to get this done on our own. They are charging additional 200per saree for this. Ridiculous! They put a weird lining inside the stitched saree which is unnecessary as a petticoat will be worn underneath! And the final height of the saree would suit a 6ft tall person even after taking measurements for a 5.5 ft individual! So please be very careful while purchasing and asking them to deliver a well finished saree - they don't know what this means. I hadto sit and pull out all loose threads n knots from the delivered sarees!

Would be better if they had more collection and staff concerned more about the customers choice

I purchased a dress material for my roka ceremony. The dress material was very nice and was of great quality. The soch people ruined the cloth after their stitching. Now this dress material is of no use to me. I had informed these people that how important that dress material is for me; the tailor in soch was inexperienced and ruined my whole material as well as my occasion. Thank you.
