No one ever did any video call and after sofa delivery I was traveling so you said you will see what to do to help BUT you Never did anything. Without sitting on how will I know about alignment. I was never adamant and I was always polite I am sure you remember that (MY FRIEND WANTED YOUR SERVICE BUT AFTER SEEING MY SOFA SHE LAUGHED AND SHE NEVER SPOKE TO YOU AFTER THAT) Anyway like I said you guys are fraud thug and I am fooled. You still don't want to do any help because you never intended to do anything. Please don't add your imagination in review to misguide others. (I never complaint about colour in reviews because that was my choice) ready entire message twice before framing a story.

But Never ever get your sofa repair from these thugs, I would say small shops do muchh better work. They simply change the cover of sofa and repair damaged corner nothing much. They will call and talk like they are the best but don't fall into their trap. Buy a new sofa instead or get your sofa repair at local shop not by these thugs and creating brand name like such big business they have. I mad a blunder. I guess they have paid people to given good reviews.

Was looking at refurbishing one UL SOFA I had as per my requirements. Found Sofaclinic and connected with Zainab. She was extremely helpful during the entire process. They did a good work refurbishing our recliners. Pick up and delivery was done hassle free by zainab. With minimum calling and as per the time requested.

We got our 3+2 seater sofa refurbished from Sofa clinic. Experience right from selection of fabric, costing up to home pick up and delivery of sofa was good. Value for money and quick service.

Excellent service. Love how our sofa looks and feels now. Zainab was very polite and professional to talk to. I have already started recommending these guys to my friends and family.

The company was very prompt in pickup and delivery. The workmanship is lousy. Despite adding foam, the sofa has started sagging if one were to sit on it for 30 min or more.

Recliner sofa stitches came out after a year. They are not interested to take up re stitching work. I followed up with them N times, they come up with N+1 reasons to avoid taking up the work.
Customer support is pathetic. Never came back with an update.

Sofa Clinic, a very professional service company did a fabulous job on our Sofas. Right from initial interaction to the end of service delivery, they kept on updating us with minute details. Hats off to Zainab and entire team!

Sofa clinic was very prompt and professional in their services. They took my requirement gave me the estimates over the phone. Then their executives visited us and showed us their catalog. He gave us the exact quote, shipped our furniture and got it done in a week's time. It was all back very neatly packed. I did not have to bother with the packingol or the transporting (i say this cause the other vendors i checked had asked me to book my own transportation). It was all very hassle free. I also wanted a pain touch up on some pieces and they got a person home to do it under my supervision.
I had my two sofas and a dining set refurbished and the price was very reasonable.

I loved the service and the professionalism
One small suggestion would be to incorporate some more samples (pref from reputed brands) in ur catalog. I found very few prints in floral which was what I originally wanted. Everything else was very good! Thank you

Pretty good refurbishing. We got our recliner refurbished and not it is as good as new. Zainab was quite helpful

They provided door pick up and delivery and timely return of the upholstered sofa. Zainab was so responsive to all my queries. The quality of work and stitching finishes are very good.

I had to re work the sofa which was worked on by then. They spoiled the wood by drilling and using staples in a bad way. I had clarified before going ahead if the wood would be impacted and they said no. The base was reduced so badly that we were not able to sit for more than 10 minutes.

Used Sofa Clinic service again after 3 years. This time, I got all my sofas redone. As before, they have done an excellent job. This time, I selected a better quality leather that can last for few more years. Also selected a different colour. Very happy with the final quality work done on the sofas. Will certainly come back whenever I want to redo my sofas.

Awesome! That word should say it all. I had 4 single-seater leather sofas which were old and torn in several places. Sofas had to be redone completely. I sent them the photos, they gave me a quote. Once I said yes, they came home and picked up the sofas. Same time, they also brought several samples from which I selected the material and color. After about 10 days, they called me and told me sofas are ready. Within next few hours they brought them home. When I saw the sofas, I realized they have very skilled people. I could not believe they could do such a good work in such a short amount of time. Thanks Sofa Clinic! Will come back to you for my other sofas as well. Cheers!

Good experience, got my aging recliner refurbished from here. Waiting time was slightly long (2 weeks) but the refurbished recliner works well and the fabric we chose turned out to be a good choice. Was easy enough to reach the sales team on the phone and things like pick up, drop and shipping were included in the charges.

They are probably the best in the business of refurbishing. They work with clinical precision. And more often than not the refurbished product looks better than the new one

I found out their details while searching net. Read reviews and contacted thru WhatsApp. Service is very prompt and variety of Colors to choose from. Sathya explained well each type of fabric and cost. The executive who attend calls is also very cordial and tries her best to honour commitments.
Refurbished sofa was delivered as per committed date. Took only 5 working days to refurbish. Though sofa do feel little hard but delivery guy told it will get soft with usage. Hope it does. Warranty given is for 1 year so let’s hope sofa sustain beyond this limit. Would recommend for their services….

Seems like the place is very pushy in their sales techniques. They need to listen more and act with patience.

They promptly call you back as soon as you leave a request at their site, but NEVER BOTHERED TO INFORM YOU if they are not interested in doing your job, reasons known only to them. I send images of my chairs which needed upholster n repairs as per their request but in vain there was no call or message from their end even after my several calls n reminders, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The work is superb! The only thing was their response time and that's the only reason I have given a 4 star. But the work is actually a 5 star job. Would highly reccomend them for any upholstery work! I got my sofa remade form an l shape to 4 seater!

Story so far:

I wanted to change the leather of the (3 seater+1) that i bought a few yrs back from Dash Square. The pick up and sales person showed me multiple options from his handouts.
When he showed samples, both my wife and i clearly said that we dont like our sofa to have patches and that it should have a consistent colour. Hence he should only show us those samples (unlike fox leather and other leather options which seemed to get very patchy, Pics he showed and sent on WhatsApp). We went to the extent of explaining that we don’t like sofas that look like they have a skin disease!
Out of many sample pics he showed, he suggested us to go with the most expensive leather to avoid the patchy issues and we finalised our choice on “Saddle Brown” 603
This seemed to be the closest match to our existing sofa leather. We asked him specifically if this would look patchy as its very expensive and we don’t want to take a chance. His exact words were” Sir this is the best material and will not get patchy”, infact, it will look 10% better when we finish the sofa for you” The leather you see on the pamphlet is dull as its been put up a long time back! We settled on the price and the sofa was getting loaded for transport.

After the sofas were dismantled and one was loaded, the seller said that the choice we made is not available and infact the entire range he has shown till now, that we spent one hour on is not available! I asked him why he wasted our time, he asked us to go with artificial leather, lower quality of leather, or fabric instead!

I then asked him to unload the sofa but he refused saying he has spent on bringing the vehicle and loading! Out of frustration, i offered to even pay for the cost of transport! As far as he unloads my sofa.

He then called someone and said that the leather we chose is infact available with someone else and he can get this done and will deliver in 5 days!

I asked if one sofa was done and to send the pic, they refused stating they won’t send the pic until i pay the advance of 50% of total cost. Btw, they not once asked for advance until now!

After multiple arguments, they finally sent a pic of the sofa and that had loads of patches on it.way worse than the original leather which was on it earlier for about 4-5 years! My wife and i went to Shanti nagar to see the sofa personally and was shocked to see the sofa had so many patches and looked ugly! We had a massive argument and then left the place as the manager there said that the customer should know that what sofa clinic showed at the time of sale can look very different from what the customer finally gets to see!

I asked him whose responsibility is it to inform the customer if this is the case and at what time they need to do it? Is it at the time of sale or post providing the service? This was a clear case of mis-selling when the fabric shown to me without any patches ends up looking lighter and with loads of patches! They just did not understand this. They said this is how it is!

I asked them for the bill and code on the material to check the traceability but they refused to show it. I told them the concept of traceability where just showing a bill is not sufficient (whenever they do), but its also important to showcase that the same material has been used on the one seater sofa. They refused.

After days of argument they sent a bill on WhatsApp (all data hidden and main details coloured/hidden), When i asked for traceability, they refused

Today they called me stating that i need to pay for the sofa. They then out of the blue stated that the sales person who came home had clearly told us that the leather we chose will get patchy (An outright lie)

The sales person then came on the call and repeatedly lied to me saying that he did whilst he in fact told us that the leather would look better as the one they will use will be better!

I had give my sofa for reupholster work, all the professionalism and work promise ends till you pay half the money. No one speaks to you about terms and conditions till it’s time for delivery. Total scam. Definitely not suggested

I always look for good finishing of the product and they perfectly matched my expectations here with my single seater recliner. Though a little late on the delivery but I was fine when I saw the final product. A big thumbs up for sofa Clinic.

A very unprofessional approach towards customer. Took much longer time to deliver the sofa and on top of that the fabric is coming off within a couple of months. When contacted refused to even send someone for repairs. Such unprofessional people should surely be avoided.

Totally regret to chose them. Did a very shady job, extremely dissatisfied. No response after service. It's not even 6 months and the material has torn from within and very poor quality work done.

Very regretfull. They made a sofa in November 2020, which completely broke in April 2021 inspite of the huge cost they take. Please dont go with sofa clinic.
I can see that the customers are happy in the first few months. However in 6 months time
, your sofa would go under repair. The quality of fabric will fade.
One of my friend also have the same experience from Hyderabad.

Took way more time than initially commited to deliver.
Quality of communication on status is limited to "work ongoing".
Fabric coming off within 4 months. Vendor flatly refused to do anything about it.

Minimum effort and hassle free experience. Sofa clinic has an amazing team and they really know their job well.

Really pleased with my sofa repair, friendly, polite team, the warranties manager was really helpful, he solved my issue in 1 phone call, can't thank him enough, can sit in comfort now.

My personal experience is really bad. I would never recommend to anyone.
They were supposed to deliver the bench for dining table in 7 days. With some minor defects in it, it was supposed to take one more week. Till today (2 months), bench is not delivered.
We reminded them many times on call and WhatsApp but they never get back to us with an answer.
Talked to head Anirudh last week to refund the advance. He gave his word to deliver within 2 days otherwise he would refund. Still not delivered. Today when asked for refund of advance, they simply refused saying bench is ALMOST ready so we can't refund.
They didn't keep their word to deliver on time. Nor to refund the money if not delivered on given time.
Whenever I spoke to management they twist the past conversation and put blame for delay on us or on public holidays.
After two months, it feels complete waste of time and energy to deal with these people. I just want them to refund our money as we got trapped with them.
They tested all my patience and put me in situation to write a review here.
Never go with them or atleast take some customers experience before purchasing anything.
Update: they have time to delete my insta message of grievances but not to solve the problem.

never agreed on changes, so it never happened. It was correction to be done from their end which took another 1 month.
Order is already collected by going personally as they refused to send without full payment. And we can't trust now in paying full amount advance.
Interestingly I got a call from their team to delete my review.

When I contacted Sofa Clinic for repairs i.e, replacement of foam and spring in the 3-seater and 2-seater Sofa set, this is the response I got from them
"Ma'am, if it's only repair of springs or foam then we're not servicing that as of now"

One of the worst customer service ever. My sofa was taken for repair on 1st July and was promised delivery in a week. It was delivered after 1.5 months. They will not respond to your calls or messages. Every week you have to beg for status. No one will call you and update the status. After the sofa is ready, they will send you a picture and ask you to pay for remaining balance to deliver. Imagine after waiting for 1.5 months, they don’t agree to deliver the sofa and then get the payment after inspection. Totally frustrated and was about to file a complaint as I never hoped they would return the sofa. Only solace is that the sofa looks good. I would never recommend these guys unless they improve customer service and communication. They don’t know abc’s of customer service. Stay away!

Going by the reviews, I was a bit reluctant. But then their experienced executive spoke about the kind of sofa makeovers they do, I thought to give it a try. And trust me they have done wonders to my favourite sofa.

Sofa Clinic needs to work very hard to be able to call themselves a professional setup. Giving them a 2 star because they finished the job before time. I'd say they're just okay in terms of workmanship and work quality. Not going back.

Yet another startup who think they know it all and out to waste peoples time.

I had to travel long way to the office but 30 minutes prior to reaching the venue I am told the CEO is not available and rescheduled. Simply out to waste peoples time and money. I should have claimed reimbursement but they're too "bootstrapped" and tight on funds to reimburse any.

Parking is on the streets. The workspace looks like a shed even though the couch area looks neat.

Not sure about the services and products offered.

Beaware of thieves and highly unprofessional staff. Get a new sofa or get the work done from a local studio. Deal with them if you really have guts to test your own limit of patience.

Quality of the finish is awesome, much better than my original. I am happy for the service they provided. However, I do expect them to re-work on their customer experience part.

Pros:
Quality of work. Sofa finish is very good.
Complete refurbished product.

Cons:
Cost is a bit high side. No change in quote if your sofa is 20% damaged or 80%.
Delivery estimate was given 10 days and it took 1month.
The numbers of stapler pins they use as a shortcut to properly stitch corners.

Be aware of them. Sick and disgusting bunch of idiots. If product is given, pls consider them stolen. Never expect your productback and i mean it.

This company should know that employee is everything. Every person is concluding towards the success of company doesn't matter worker or office employee or Interns. Professionalism is must. One should know when to send the offer letter, when to transfer the salary (There is a difference between corporate culture and Beggars unity), how much workload should be given to Fresher or Intern. It is very bad to see the irresponsible behavior of owners towards the employees.
Also if somebody is applying for any particular role after going through the mentioned JD then how come owners can expect them to do every random works. If you really want them to be multitasking then pay accordingly. Management of the company is very bad.
Dear Interns, please don't join this company if you really want to learn something other then Customer service. Or you guys will have trust issues towards the corporate culture like:
1. You will get offer letter after a decade of begging process.
2. Even if you are from IT or HR field, handling customer's abuses is a must for you (Customer service) as they cannot hire Customer service executive (Don't know why?).
3. You will be asked to come 6 days a week, that to only one of the weekdays you can take off.
4. There is no list of holidays.
5. There is no leave criteria. Neither work from home facility.
6. They will expect you to bring your own laptop.
7. Last but not the least- Keep begging for the salary as they forget this part very easily. (Getting it depends on your luck) Also they will find the wrong did of yours while transferring the salary.

15th June I had a conversation with these guys.was asked to send pictures.was done.almost 15 days and no one bothered to revert.

Set of morons to deal with. Deal with them and be prepared of getting you accused of interacting with them. They do not hesitate in claiming that you reached out to them. 15 people will interact from their end and each capable of creating amazing interesting stories. All the best to the guys wanting to get their sofa changed. Great experience if you have a single coloured fabric work.pathetic on delivery, deals with payment on individual accounts and not corporate accounts. It is much practical to have a local sofa dealer do your work, even if it is little expensive. Atleast you get what you are committed of.

Very poor customer etiquette. Teach your staff to converse in Kannada. If you can't respect local language, you don't deserve to do buisness here.
You just lost a potential customer because of that lady in your customer care! Highly rude.

Fitting turned out to be average with wrinkles on the sides near arm rest. Won't recommend for expensive upholstery change. Should be fine for basic fabric/ art leather work.

Update: They provided service to fix the fitting issues. Hence updated my review to 4 from 2.
