Non responsive people. Kept calling them multiple times. Promised to visit but did not visit. Need to value others time

Masooq was really quick in suggesting us the right leather for renovating our sofa 2+1+1. He also gave a very detailed breakup of the cost involved in repairing/renovating our sofa set. The cost included the transportation charges to and fro. The sofa set was ready within 4 days of time. Amazing and very quick service by the team.

Sds is the best place for any sofa makeover. I had an old teak sofa which has got beautifully transformed. Budget is also within limits. You get whatever u want for your sofas when u deal with sds!

Right from the discussion stage to the planning, to the quote and the final product their work is bespoke and excellent. Akhtar who was their adviser came home and very patiently and politely explained all that would be done along with the cost of different materials as well as the high quality materials they use. The end result was a sofa so impeccable and neatly crafted that would give big brands a run for their money. Akhtar even went to the extent of correcting many of the quality issues in my old sofa to give the renewed sofa a elegant and exquisite look. The Sofa Designs Store took care of transport both ways and the sofa was delivered in less than a week. My new sofa is much much better than the previous one and their craftsmanship is excellent. Got my sofa repaired here, it was nice experience and the stitching was nice. Responded quickly and done very professionally on time.

I required a custom sofa back cushion which was not the typical shape, ie, rectangle or cylindrical. I had my drawing and dimensions. No questions asked, they understood my design and also agreed that I might need tweaking once I tested it out. They had to make some modifications to the first product and version 2 was spot on!
Very happy with the outcome and will be my goto place for future requirements as well.

Chose them for recliner repair services, for which they charged a very reasonable price. Though it was a complex job, the boys did it with great expertise. It was a perfect job and I'm extremely satisfied with the results.

Masook refurnished an old recliner. Overall it was smooth from inspection, febric selection, pick up and drop. Work is neat and clean.

Masook did a very good job in fixing our dining table chair. We got it re-cushioned with the new fabric and he got it done for all 6 chairs in one day. Not only he came at the exact time when we called him, but also he got everything fixed and repaired by next day.

Pathetic service - they give you a quote and don’t show up after that. They don’t even take your calls - I think most of the reviews here are fake anyway - be careful

Well, it has been difficult to get this guy answer calls. It is near my home so I tried multiple times. Only once did he speak and promised to come over for inspection/quotation. And did not turn up. Then he has again gone incommunicado. I tried to go in person too but the place seems closed most times of the day! From the other reviews, it looks like he is good once he takes up the job but then how to even start it:) Mighty annoyed.

Got my L shape sofa fabric replaced from Sofa Designs recently. Their pricing is very competitive and they did a fabulous job. Got my Sofa back in 2 days as promised. Talk to them before looking out for other vendors. You will not be disappointed.
