This is Shreedhar and I represent Auditor company and we are associated with Somara Coworks since 2019 and I know this Gentleman called Somasbekhar who is at present owner of Somara Coworks, who handles his business and clients very Professionally.

Replying to your query on obtaining GST, please note that we have few new startups who had obtained GST in last 2-6 months based on the following documents shared by Somara management and as advised by us to obtain GST:

1. NOC - Duly signed by owners

2. Latest electricity bill copy

3. Agreement between Somara and client

Same documents were shared with you as well and we had mentioned very clearly at the time of your joining that Agrement copy of Somara and their landlord will not be shared with anyone. In above scenario how can you call our client as Unprofessional! In this context want to mention that I always keep checking and taking the GST number from the new startup at somara, out of few new startup while I was provided GST for 3 new Startup, in your case he messaged me ur reply as in quote " As it’s not mandatory to take GST upto we reach 10,000 income, we haven’t taken GST yet" and " 10 lakh sorry for typo", now suddenly after a month time you are talking about losses for delay.not acceptable and totally Unprofessional!

Check with your CA, there must be some link missing while submitting documents with GST, if my other clients @ somara can get GST, how can you not get the same

Looks like this is your Unprofessional way of handling things and Blaming else for your inefficiency! Before pointing fingers at others point at self and see where have you gone wrong.

We have a office space in SOMARA Coworks. With lot of pain as a startup owner, am writing this review. SOMARA Coworks is subleased space and managed by Mr. Somashekar where as building is actually owned by some other person. When we applied for GST, we were asked to submit actual agreement between SOMARA Coworks’s owner and building owner. This was the statuary compliances raised by GST department and not in our hand definitely. When I requested Mr. Somashekar to help us with documents as per department’s statuary requirements, he denied and did not even have basic human curtesy to reply to our emails and phone calls. We were made to suffer with no cooperation to obtain our GST. We made losses due to his No cooperation attitude. Please check before occupying this space as this gentleman is a complete unprofessional. We are moving out soon as Startups need timely support!

Been to this place for a team meeting, as it was just post lockdown and they had just opened up, not much crowd.
Owner's Somashekar and Rachana were so friendly, they made sure everything was ready for us to start and finish on time.
Place is very well maintained and the staff were also very responsive and our event was very fruitful with all requirements was taken care of.

Wasn’t particularly a happy experience for me. Normally most places have coffee machines but not here. Although they had a tie up with a vendor who would come and deliver coffee, I still din’t get any coffee.

It was disturbing when people were talking in the glass rooms (poor noise cancellation).

There was no hand soap in the pantry area which was a bit annoying.

Overall, not a great place for the price you pay.

I have been working from Somara Cowork from more than a year now.

Its a good place for individuals looking for coworking space. No paperwork. Very flexible, you can opt for 7days, 15days or monthly package. Pricing is reasonable.

Work space feels nice, and well maintained. Owner is very friendly. They also provide morning, evening Tea/Coffee.

This is good place centrally located. The facilities are good abd staff are helpful. However, some minor pointers can help further. No printers available. The individual cabins could have fans for air circulation. The parking is limited first come first serve basis. There is option of parking outside but it would be great if there are more slots are available in basement

I visited Somara cafe for a Kannada Standup comedy show. The place is nice and good for organizing small shows.

Ambience is good, but owners were doing chit-chat whole time so felt the price I paid for day pass was not worth.

Good place for a get-together. I was here for an Open Mic organised by You Own the Words - Speaking Souls 6.0

Somara cafe is located at jp nagar. It's a very cute little small cafe you can spend some quality time in the evening with done good tea and snacks. They have a variety of options in snacks. I ordered pizza sandwich and shakes. Food taste good served hot and fresh. Recommend this place.

A fully vegetarian and noise free cafe with beautiful ambience and offers delicious snacks. Caring and warm friendly staff under supervision of the owner make you feel so good that you will want to come again and again. Along with the cafe is the coworks, a office c working space which you can hire for doing your office work.

Great ambience, tastefully done decor and good to host small events, besides being a super co- working space.

Amazing cafe to hangout in with friends or family. Lovely ambiance. The cafe's evening look is very warmth.i have visited this place multiple times and they have never disappointed me. I love their avocado fritattas, sandwich & pastas. I can never step out without having my favourite DBC cake & avocado soup.

Beautiful place. Perfect ambience for an official and a casual meeting as well. Food is excellent quality. Combined with fast wifi and perfect blend of tea, its a must visit if you looking at a place to work and unwind.

Cafe has an amazing ambience and welcoming hosts. We got to customize our food and it was yummy. Filter coffee tastes authentic and refreshing.
