My friend was admitted bcoz of dengue, he booked 3 sharing room, but the hospitality was so bad after paying that much money they didn't given single banch for patient care taker, they did intentionally so people will book single room
They want to take advantage from need people. Money minded
Will never recommend this hospital, they didn't care basic humanity

We had a very good experience. Admission & insurance process was smooth, we had satisfied with the nursing team & they provided good care. There was a constant follow up from every department to ensure the time spent here was as easy as possible through the surgery & recovery.
Hospital was maintained very clean & maintained hygienic. Charge are also very nominal, i suggest this hospital to my friends.

Worst hospital and worst doctors. Dr. Zamal was biggest cheat and fraud. Bill was also increased as they want

This hospital was not good in treatment, only for money. Very expensive, Staff was very neglate. Some staff good but Some nurses very bad in duty hours.

This is not a hospital but a place for business where there is more focus on how to increase the bill rather than how to cure the patient. If we go with diarrhea and vomiting they diagnosis it as dengue. They don't tell you about the treatment plan. The amount is said at last.
The doctors just come and say hello and charge 1k-1.5k. For every hello there is extra charge.

Service is good and good hospitality. Taking care of the patients very well. Doctors are very cooperative.

Very bad hospital. Doctors are not at all ready to listen to patients. Simply put a big plaster on sprain which is not required. Always take a second opinion from other doctors before taking treatment here. I took second opinion for my sprain in Fortis they immediately removed the plaster and just gave me some medicine and told to take rest. But in Sonu hospital very big plaster they put and took 4000 rs from me. Don't waste your money here. Go to some other hospital.

Very hospital I had very bad injury i fell on my knees and my patela got fractured I was treated immediately and my surgery was done. All the staff and doctor supported me very well for my recovery. Thank you Sonu hospital.

Very bad experience.without any reason they will admit the people mentioning small small diseases.giving very high dose medicines.
One patient is looking cared by more than 4 doctors. Their is no continuity in the treatment. Each doctor will come up with different diseases. And the cost is also very high.
Only positive thing in that hospital is Pharmacy department the price for medicines are affordable and normal.
Some of the nursing staffs are arrogant.
And if they get one patient they will do all type of blood test and other checkups including ECG, Ultrasound etc they will refer.

Sonu Hospital Hongasandra is a very well laid healthcare center. The facility has got all the contemporary, dedicated resources to take care of patients. Overall place is well maintained and clean. The reception points at various departments are very helpful and friendly. Dr Girish is very kind and friendly and suggests what's best for the patient and their concerns/fears thoroughly and then treat accordingly. Coordinator shilpa mam is very helpful.
