On Feb 24th 2023, My friend Alok was called by store to inform that PS5 with GoW bundle is in stock and last one or two units are remaining. Upon his arriving at the store, he was being told by the sales person that he must buy the bundle with additional games which would cost an additional ₹8000 to ₹9000 making the total amount to approx. ₹68000. Requested him to not sell additional games using unethical tactics but the salesperson was rude and didn't care. I guess Sony center was overly proud of high demand of low supply PS5. With disappointment, went out of the store and called sony customer care and was told by customer care to write a mail with the Sony center address to the support team. We then thought of including the store manager's name in the mail and went back to ask the manager's name and that did the trick.

If this happens to you, straightaway ask for manager's name to complain because they keep writing in comments that they'll improve the experience but that doesn't seem to be changing.

Shout out to Gyanendra for helping with organising stock of a TV that was very hard to find anywhere in Bangalore and having it sent to my home within a day. The installation experience was also super smooth. Kudos!

Visited to buy sound system, the demo provider person was chewing aggressively Zarrda kind of tobacco stuff, I couldn't tolerate the strong odour coming out from him mouth, very nasty smell made me to chuck out immediately. Though he made attempt to play but it was intolerable smell. Ordered HT A7000 online. Store manager must ensure their staff don't consume such nasty things while they are on work, interacting with customers.

My experience at Sony Center was truly exceptional.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, promptly assisting me in acquiring the coveted Sony a74 camera.
Not only that, they even managed to source the Sony 200-600 lens, which was not readily available in-store as well as on online. Their dedication and efficiency were truly remarkable, as they made it possible for me to have both the camera and lens in my hands on the very same day. I am immensely grateful to the entire team for their outstanding support and for making my purchase experience an unforgettable one

First time visiting the sony center in JP nagar. Very disappointing experience, highly unprofessional. We called ahead before visiting. They said they would be open till 8 45 PM and we were there at 8: 30 PM. The showroom had ac turned off, lights dimmed, and was empty and smelled very stinky with human sweat. Not the kind of service you expect while buying a home appliance/ tv. Much better to visit your local croma store instead. Less important but noteworthy: Google and website says 9 /9 30 PM closing. Store staff say 8: 45. PM.

The sales fellow didn't knew anything about sony headphones. He misinformed me saying WH-4 headphones were stopped. And when asked abt noise cancellation feature, he again didn't knew about it. Sony should keep people who actually know there products!

Courteous staff and a great place to get your PS5. I called them up to check on the availability, they said they can get it in 2 days. I visited the place, paid them for the pre-order and they delivered as promised. Top class experience. Will highly recommend calling them up to get your PS5 instead of reaching out to scalpers who masquerade as game dealers.

When it comes to AV solutions, Sony is my first preference and the Sony Center at JP nagar has been my go to place for sometime now, mainly because of their Excellent customer service and stock availability. Gyanendra, Dharma and the team was ensuring that I was updated on the releases, offers and availability info as necessary. Recently was looking for upgrades and On the day of purchase, they ensured demo of AK seriesTVs+HTs of all combinations were given (nearly 90+mins). Their willingness to include all custom demo scenarios that I requested of them was commendable. Allocation of the units happened right infront of me which was comforting. Delivery happened within next 2hrs. Thanks team.

Very much customer friendly salesperson and store manager. Patiently explained the TV models. Experience was great. Prices are slightly higher compared to other Sony dealers and online. Not sure if you can negotiate.

Finally received my PS5 after two years of yearning. Every time there was a restock it would have been sold out even before clicking the add to the cart button. Offline retailers were selling at an exorbitant price. Finally, I was able pre-order from this sony centre and get it delivered within 10 days.

I recently bought a TV from them. This store offers a wide range of options for all electronics and arguably has the best staff who understand the needs of the customer and cater them accordingly.

Not happy. They have mislead and end up buying lower version tv. Was expecting to buy A95k but due to mis information ended up with A80k. Do your diligence before visiting the store.

Thanks for asking the concern. It was more of attitude issue of the staff. They were like take it or leave it types. I expected bit of courtesy while dealing with customers.
