The receptionist is the worst and he doesn’t to how to talk to customers but the rooms are clean and well maintained and the price is pocket friendly

We booked with an advance amount and they did not give us a stay @ might night at 2 am.
Worst Manager.

At a great location beside the river. Good amount of parking space. The room and bathroom were clean. Good deal at a good price.

It’s not bad. The rooms are really big. The price is a little high for what you get. There’s no wifi. My phone didn’t work there so I went without internet for 3 days. The rooms are clean. The bathroom shower didn’t work but the water was warm. Overall a decent place. I had to stay there because the wedding was there, but the ac worked so good I had to turn it off because I was freezing. The ceiling fan was more then enough. Overall good spot!

We always stayed here whenever there is no rooms available in temple lodges this a private property so they cost and rooms are available it's best for kids and family.

Worst customer experience
Called on 3rd April to book room for 8th April. I even insisted that I will pay right now.
They said will not take early booking and asked to call on 7th. I called on 6th and asked to confirm rooms. They said will send scanner n to pay to confirm booking, I didn’t receive anything until 7th mrng.
When I called on 7th. They say no rooms.
And when I said that they confirmed rooms just yesterday, they said it was not me and someone else spoke.how will a customer know who is talking.later they scolded saying we can’t do as u say.and they hung the phone.very bad experience.this is what happens if they have more money.you should know how to talk to customer.very very bad.rude.spoiled our journey. Don’t go here.

Excellent maintained, despite of lonely place for night stay, Very safety management by providing only for families, that's laudable. Very spacious living room neat maintenance at common man tariffs

It s one of the worst hotel. Even if married couple goes also they are asking for the marriage certificate etc. This is pathetic for the customers. I recommend not to go this hotel andit is isolated place hence in the night it will beso safety. Mobile signal very weak.

Room service was good and clean
We have checked in @ 5am and 6pm checked out hot water was available @ mrng and price was reasonable thank u for that

Horrible experience
Visited at 12.30 AM in search of room, we were 10 adults and 2 kids family.
Reception guy was rude and arrogant, he insisted we take two rooms with 4 beds when we wanted individual 3 rooms.
It was acceptable if 2 bed rooms were not available, but even though it was available the reception guy plain denied, Even if we were ready to pay the amount for 2 beds which was more than 4 beds.

Good atmosphere. But it's not suitable for marriage (Some basic facilities are missing). Can do other functions.
For one day staying and all is ok. They provide hot water in the rooms. And rooms rent also reasonable.

This place is excellent, Absolutely clean rooms, reasonable charges and supportive staff.
We stayed in the XL room and it was convenient. The bathroom is clean and well maintained and spacious. It is highly recommended. It is easy to go for visitors with vehicles, Visitors without vehicles should use an auto from the bus stand and the temple. It is a little inside from the Netravathi water stream. Nice and honest place.

Best place to stay. But 3km to temple. Autos will be available based on demand. Rooms starting from range 600-1500. It has spacious parking lot. If you have car, then choose this place.

Rating five star because rooms were clean and neat clean bed sheets and pillow covers and towels provided fresh and bathrooms were very clean and yes no room service may be not sure as I did self help, it's managed by few staff and property is huge. Worth in this city. Will come back again.

Though the rooms are clean and neat, the receptionists are rude here. Required an extra pillow but denied giving them saying they have a count. We pay for the stay but when an additional pillow is not provided then it is not the right hospitality. Shall never visit again.

They say to rectify their mistakes but that is just a response and nothing happens in real.

Place is Near netravati river, awesome experience, rooms are available 24/7, ofline booking, hot water fan and bed is good.

The stay in the lodge was very good. Very courteous staff and large rooms with 24 hours hot water.

Two wedding halls, lodging facility with excellent access to Snana Ghatta, Dharmasthala Temple

The lodge is located at a wonderful location amidst areca nut farm. Situated just about 500 mts from Nethravathi snaana ghatta, it is very easy to locate the place. Food and coffee if added will be very convenient for the customers

Marriage hall was good. Have enough space to park buses and cars. Rooms were neat. Marriage hall has attached dining room and both some of the platforms have bride and groom rooms. Overall good.

One of the worst place. It’s not clean and people are rude.
Improve your services. Not great.
I won’t visit here again. There are better options.

Visited in Nov-2021 & had taken AC room for ₹1,500 and can easily accomodate for 3 persons.
Room is clean and neat.
Hot water was like an warm water.
Faced issues wrt AC functionality which got resolved later.
This place is approx 2-3 km from Dharmasthala

We had a horrible experience here. We attended a wedding here. The management and team are very careless and arrogant. The place is dirty and not well maintained. Management people better take feedback of customers positively and don't have careless attitude to customers.
Rooms are very bad. Bad smell all around the rooms. I wont stay here again.

AC rooms are good and spacious, narrow roads from charmady ghat to this place, day driving is recommended, try to reach there before sunset. Hot water and huge parking lot available.

Nice rooms, closer to snan ghat. Just walk to the main road and you will get an auto for Rs 40 to go the temple.

Very good location. Next to netravathi river. There is a marriage hall with good facilities. Perfect for destination wedding.

Spacious hotel. Moderate fare. Amenities like drinking water is provided with request, else there is a water dispenser. Extra single beds are provided with extra charges. It's in the banks of Netravati river. Can enquire/book local taxi or auto rickshaw through front office.

Last December I reached Dharmasthala at midnight. Tried for rooms at nearby hotels but all of them were occupied. Later got to know that there is a private lodge near river and luckily I got a room which is last vacant one. The receptionist is very humble and kind. Price is also not too high. They could have collected more due to demand but room rates are nominal. Thanks for the management and staff for giving the SHELTER at midnight. I'm giving 5 stars for the room size, parking, hospitality by the staff.

Value for money, spacious parking and a lot of greenery around, apt location we found this on our way from charmadi to netravathi.

Very rude behaviour:
We reached Sunday late night 10: 30 at Dharmasthala, Tried in Sahyadri, Rajatadtri and other hotels but there was no rooms. We searched on Google and called and confirmed rooms are available. We reached there and selected double AC room charge 1500/-.
They ask me 2000/- due to curiousity, I asked why 500/- extra, guy on reception said if I miss the key, I said I am going to checkout in morning 8, is there any chance of missing key.
Suddenly one guy from back said you want to stay pay or gate is that side. I shocked by that response. I asked who is at reception desk, that rude guy keeping replying. It is already 11: 30 and with family, we had no choice but to stay. Very shameful behaviour by sooryakamal supper receptionist.
Pros: AC room and bed size is good
Well cleaned and maintaned.
Cons:
Far and remote location.
No view from balcony, 1st floor is below ground level.
No marking of hot and cold tap, have to waste 2 buckets water to get hot water.
Whole night sound is coming from carridor, it may be bathroom ventilation is opening in carridor with grill only.
Don't forget to see 500/- lock and key

Conclusion: plan in advance, book rooms in Sahyadri or near to temple. Avoid this hotel mainy when you are with family
