We were consulting with Dr. Avinash Patil in the 8th month of my wife's pregnancy. We always had the best experience with the doctor and also with the hospital. Especially during the time of delivery, utmost care helped in having a hassle-free experience. We were more than satisfied with the whole journey. It is very worst hospital to compare other i think doctors are good but here working staff is very lazy and careless especially in 1st floor working in Morning people is very careless people staff not responding to patients from 9: 00 to 2pm in Sunday be careful about if ask anything about the doctor they will tell will not come today like telling lies and full gathering at counter talking tooo much it's very readyculas and again cont get touch this hospital please dear all doctors please take an action for this otherwise will loose ur patients
Overall great experience. Hospital is neat and clean. Nursing and house keeping stuff are well experienced and professional. Very smooth experience with insurance team. Special thanks to Dr Avinash Patil sir for your guidance and support throughout pregnancy. He is very experienced in handling high risk pregnancies. Advantages 1: Hospitality is good. 2: housekeeping maintaince is good and wards are well maintained and kept clean. 3: House keepers are friendly and they help patients. Disadvantages: 1: I stayed in special ward, found there is no alarm for emergency bell to call duty nurse. 2: Need to install automatic closing for door to all wards doors. Duty nurses will come and treat patients and keep the door open and they just go without closing the doors. 3: No HDFC ergo insurance linked to the hospital. 4: Since mine HDFC ergo insurance, Advance medicines amount need to be collected from the patient, while admitting to hospital. Every time our family members need to go to medical shop to bring medicines. Take this as an feedback.

Hospital is neat and clean. Doctor and nurses are very kind hearted and caring. Dr is in habit of giving more time to inpatiants. Lift fecility is available. But at present it is out of order.for this Patient faced more difficulty for getting down from 3rd floore to Ground floore.better to make alternate arrangements when lift is out of order.

ನಾವು ತೋರಿಸಿದರೆ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ Dr ಶಶಿಧರ sir ಉತ್ತಮ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಆದರೂ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಮಗೆ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಬೇಜಾರಾಯ್ತು ಕಾರಣ ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಡಿಸ್ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಸುಮಾರು ಎರಡು ಗಂಟೆ 30 ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿ ಗುಣ ವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ಕೂಡ ಖುಷಿಯಾಯಿತು ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಊರು ತುಂಬಾ ದೂರ ಇದೆ ನಾವು ಹೂವಿನಹಡಗಲಿ ಇಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 40 ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ದೂರ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು discharge ಮಾಡುವ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ 3ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಗಂಟೆ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ಚಿರತೆ ಕಾಟ ಕೋಡೆ ಇದೆ ನೀವು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬೇಗ ಬಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ರೆ ನಮಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಆಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆ ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ತುಂಬಾ ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡರು ನೀವು ಕೊಡುವ ಪುಡಿಗಾಸಿಗೆ ನೀವು ಹೇಳಿದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ನೋಡೋಕೆ ಹಾಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಬಾರಿ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ತೋರಿಸಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದರು ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು ನಿನಗೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಓದಿ ನೋಡು ನಿನ್ನ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳೇ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಬೇಸರವನ್ನುಂಟು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದವು ಸರ್ ನನಗೆ ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಓದುವ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆ ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ-ತಾಯಿ ಬಡ ರೈತಾಪಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರು ನಾನು ಅವರ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕನಾಗಿ ಓದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಷ್ಟು ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತನಲ್ಲ ಏನೋ ಇನ್ನು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ಕಳೆದರೆ ನಾನೊಬ್ಬchartered accountant ಆಗಬಲ್ಲೆ ಇಷ್ಟೇ ಸರ್ ನನ್ನ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆ, ಪುಡಿಗಾಸು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರಲ್ಲ ಸರ್ ನಾವು ಭೂತಾಯಿಗೆ ಬೆವರನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ 10000 ನಮಗೆ 1000000 ಇದ್ದಂತೆ 10000 ನಿಮಗೆ ಪುಡಿಗಾಸು ಎನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

Good hospital Dr and nursing side is five star , But account administration is not satisfied all my original reports are been take by hospital which are been tested outside in private by my expense and sister told that while discharge we will return u back but now helpless they are telling on the base of ur reports we have got the sanction from insurance if we will return the orginal than the insurance company will deny the amount, as per irda Xerox of my reports are enough bcoz those reports are mine, asfir pre hospital ization reports claims and for that I can apply for reimbursement but now I cannot.so friends my advice always produce Xerox for the hospital while admission as u can get apply for reimbursement for ur reports after discharge, and it's valid as I have taken the claim before also.if they ask for orginal just tell them that we hand senthe reports for claim.

*small issue, Billing got delayed 2+ hours just because of network issue @ hospital side. Mail was sent from insurance to hospital but billing guys unable to download.
Hospital could have solved issue just by providing simple internet dongle to billing team.
Hospital treatment was good & maintained very good & hygienic need to add more private rooms, nurses need to concentrate on patients record, timely need to attend. Hospital allowing many people to see the patients, in this Covid situation not good for patients.

Iam giving a single star, because my father admited to this hospital, suggested by Dr. Satyanarayan (Ramakrishna nursing home) he said to admit at soukyada hospital my father admeted there but he didn't visit on that day, then next day he came but he is not ready to listen patient health problems. Worst doctor in this hospital. Simply taking money from people. Very worse experience in Soukyada hospital davanagere.

It was horrible experience. Only good part are rooms are new and clean otherwise it's completely money oriented business. Nurses don't have clue what doctors have prescribed and whats included in insurance, they will just provide treatment without any prior info and you will be shocked to see it at discharge, They had completely utilized insurance which was already on higher side, and they charged extra almost 20% of insurance amount. I will not recommend this hospital for any treatment and only go here if no other option. Last time I got treatment from Suchethana hospital and they were value for money and dint charged a paisa extra post insurance usage.so pls don't get stucked here just seeing the outer beauty and infrastructure of this hospital.
The hospital qualiti, doctor consultancy is awesome, also the hygiene mantained at hospital is very good. But the delux rooms not upto the quality it's equal to private rooms only and the the room rent is also very High for private and delux
Doctors and staff are very friendly. But only 6 special wards available and if we opt for deluxe room cost of will be very expensive. In this covid times having more special room will be helpful
