The pg is very nice. The food they are providing is good and hygienic. The Atmosphere is very peaceful and kind people and they will understand our situation and will help us.

Everybody should be alert on this PG. I faced a very bad experience here. I didn't stay there. I only started my booking procedure. I paid them 1500 for booking.and 1st time I was very happy. He talks like such a nice person. After paying the booking amount he asked for money around 5000 bcs there had some formalities to create a visiting card. And they spoke me after completing the process they will refund it.so I sent the money.then also it was repeated they asked for more money. Around 17000 I transferred. Then also they told me it's not done bcs pending amount 9999 again I need to send. I answered that I can't do more transactions. I need my 18500 back.they told me if they cancel it I need to wait for 15 days to get back my money.why should I wait? That is my money.then they provide an option if I pay an extra 9999 they will refund 27000 now.is this the way ur treating the people.they are not giving the money to me.so I'm going to file the complaint. I had complete proofs

It is a very good pg for ladies. I stayed here for few months. Liked the atmosphere, specially the tasty coastal food.

One of the best PG for Ladies in Madiwala, that I would recommend. Spacious, provides with all facilities like wifi, washing machine, hot water, kitchen services and is also very well maintained. Staying here for last few months and loved the place too. Highly recommend!

Awful pg run by unethical, money minded people who refuse to give back your security deposit. When I went home, they rented out my bed for daily rent to another person. My stuff were removed and someone was sleeping on my bed when I came back. I asked owner Vijay and he gave lame excuses. Their food is terrible and there are far better PG's in the area. Non natives please stay away from these people. They'll treat you like dirt when you demand to leave.
Edit: There is no end to your cheap pathetic tricks. I have stayed in pg owned by Vijay and Vivian Dsouza. Are you saying you aren't them and never met me? ! You have also blocked my number to avoid paying back my security deposit.

Nice pg with coastal food, housekeeping, rooms, facilities, maintainance but there is no lift.rest everything is good.if u are from coastal area you'll really love this pg.highly recommended

One of the best Ladies PG for mangaloreans in Bangalore. They serve authentic Mangalore food in the PG and I love the food. Rent is also very reasonable and the service they offer is really good.

. When I called and asked about it, his reply was “you weren’t there”. I have never ever experienced such an unruly place and behavior. The facilities that I paid for, was used by someone else in my absence. Even outsiders can come and go as they please. I told him I was quitting. But he convinced me to take another room. It was uncomfortable and I finally quit the hostel. He took 10k from me for a month and 9 days stay in a three sharing room. When I called the owners to get back the deposit, they simply refused the repayment and went MIA. There are enough good hostels available in the location. No need to deal with these shady people who steal money.

Souza's coastal pg is very good for all Who are working and studing girls, good tasty veg n nonveg food available, good hospitality, owner is good helping nature, n rooms are soo clean, all facilities are good, So I suggest all ladies to stay in bangalore, this pg is verygood

My cousin sister relocated to Bangalore almost 3 years ago and she has been staying in multiple pgs' since then. And suddenly I found this PG's add through a Konkani Magazine. Immediately I suggested her to check this out and she opted it blindly, and is staying here from past one year and says us always that this is the the best PG I she has seen so far.
She always speaks about this PG, and says that it has Very helpful and friendly staff. Management is just a call away. Just one call and your problem is fixed. As Mangaloreans, we crave for our homely food, and yes, this PG provides typical coastal touch. Food is not just tasty but also quality wise. I recomend this to all my friends. One more thing I want to mention, that there are a lot of girls who went to their home town during this lock down, but my cousin stays here until now, and she says that the management has revamped the PG and given priority to in mates and made it as office set up with Table, chair and LAN connection individually, they also have power back up and hence it is very easy and convenient to her to do the Work From Home. My sister stays in this PG from last 8 months and during this Covid situation the management has taken extra care to serve in an extra cautious and better way. An exclusive office set up is made within the room. And the inmates are finding it work friendly environment in side the PG. My sister denied to come home as this PG is giving a homely atmosphere and office friendly set up under one roof. Thanks to Management.

Healthy food and peaceful place to stay

In my experience, This PG is one of the best PG's in Bangalore. I have been staying there for more than 6 months, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that this PG is managed professionally with the utmost care. Management here is very much detail oriented and they are well aware of the commitment they make to the occupants. Finally, the Best PG for anyone who wants to have a peaceful, healthy hygienic and secure accommodation in BTM Layout, Bangalore.

I was staying in this PG from last 2 years and it's so sad to leave now due to the extended lockdown. WFH is extended till December and still may extend and now there is no option for me to stay here rather than travelling to my home town. I miss this PG very badly. The cook Rameshanna, Attendant Shailu, Owners Vijay and Vivian, all of you were soo nice and helpful during my stay here. They manage it so well, and they don't let anything go wrong, or any complaint is raised, it was solved within a day. A lot to say about this PG and my stay here. I love this PG and eager to come back. Thanks to the management.

I don't think so you can get a PG or a hostel as cool as this one! Its a superb place to live. My sister stays here from last 6 months. Security, food, infrastructure, staff, cleanliness.all superb! Rates are competitive to the market and you will definitely dont regeret for staying here.but its worth the price.

This PG is very good and excellent for its services. This place is superclean. Clean Beds, Clean Rooms and Clean Washrooms. Food provided here is very tasty. Mangalorian tasty food is provided here. Overall at the price of rent it is a nice PG to stay in Banglore.

This PG in very good location in Maruthinagar, Madivala. Accessible to almost everything for all ladies needs. Management is also friendly, they try varieties in food menu all over the week. Non veg will be yummy most of the times. Can check in and out 24X7, no restrictions such and security-wise its safe place to stay.

Best PG near BTM, my girlfriend stays here.they provide 24/7 security, self cooking facility, 24 hr check in and out and all other basic facility. They also have a Foosball table which is great entertainment. The PG is located near to the market where everything is easily accessible. She always compliments the pg about their yummy mangalorean food. Would recommend this pg to all the girls/women.

It's a really very nice place to stay in this PG. The food is really good and tasty. They are providing Non veg Food as well as Veg food. Some times some special dishes for dinner also provided, like sweets, fruits, payasam, gulab jamon etc. The Food Style is both Mangalorean specific and south Indian Food. Their Maintenance is very Good. After staying in many PGs, I have Shifted to this PG. This is my second home.
