I am from Ankola, was suffering from frozen shoulder (left) since end of May 2023. Approached Dr Nivedita in the second week of August 2023, attended the Physiotherapy treatment sessions and got relief within 4 weeks (3 sittings in a week).
In my experience, she is very professional, giving the right treatment. She is an amazing Doctor.

One of the best physiotherapy centers in and around Kumta. All the necessary facilities are available and a well equipped physiotherapy center I should say. I had taken my mom over here for her knee pain and within a couple of weeks she was feeling the difference. The knee pain had reduced largely and the range of motion has also improved than before. Dr Nivedita Kamat is one of the kindest doctor/physiotherapist I have come across. Very calm and composed with her patients, answers all of their questions, speaks to every patient properly without any kind of hesitation. Kind doctors like her who is very empathetic towards their patients are very rare to find nowadays.
