Can’t relay, they cancel the service as and when they want without providing an alternative, moreover with it’s of attitude

Sowmiya Travels, Their punctuality is good. They maintain good time sense.they arrive on time. But their staffs are not that good. They don't pick you on your boarding point. However, they ask you to come somewhere else. Which is not feasible for most of them. This was reported to the udupi office multiple times, no action being taken. They arr ignorant.

Nice office workers. Bus cleaners are honest. Root number 4 cleaner are humble and he keep bus hygiene.
