One of the worst experience.
The lady just ruined the threading.
I won't even suggest this place to anyone.

Customer service is the worst. I got several cuts while doing threading and they are not even bothered if we inform them this.

Very bad experience I took 60min service therapist sherly given me 45 min massage and said massage is complete I told her I took 60min service she just walked out very bad behaviour I complaint to manager she didn’t take any action given silly reason...

I did my hair cut here, it was not at all a good service. There was no AC, it was so hot, they are having a stand fan but in front of sitting stand fan and have a hair cut it was difficult for the hair cut person. Hair cut, finishing touch was not at all...

Had been to the spa for a facial and pedicure. The place has decent amenities to make the services comfortable for the customers while they are at the salon. It is quite spacious, clean and hygienic. The services seemed satisfactory and offered at reasonable prices...

I have taken hair therapy and face treatments. I have seen a positive change
I see a good amount of hair growth by regularly using their shampoo and conditioner after the hair therapies.

Location is good upon 4th floor gives you privacy on hotel even envoirnment is silent which needs to relax and worth on money resonable compare to there efforts will visit again for sure
