The supposed mental health experts wasn't great. Instead of patiently helping me understand things, they seemed impatient. I hoped for insights that are not easy for everyone to grasp, but I didn't get that. It was disappointing

The poor management team, nurse & psychiatrists doctors they testing patience of patients wasting of time.doctor not come in time wt they side

OPD is very crowded and cogested. No sufficient waiting area.
Consultations rooms small and everyone rush there for their turn.
Doctor hardly spends 2-3 mins to attend the patient. Personally low satisfaction experience.

Such a pathetic, disgusting hospital which cannot be explained in words, especially depressed patients don't go here, they will put you under double or triple depressions by giving you wrong medicines and almost make you a psychopath, these psychiatrists working here must be ashamed of themselves, no self respect, only money minded, for the sake of business and profit they work, shameless dirty people, they are fortunate enough that they are living in a country with blind laws, many cases were filed against these doctors but still pending in courts

The three stars are given for the psychiatrist Dr. Preeti.she's good.
The other psychologist there I feel is not useful.better avoid his consultation.
I never saw a psychologist being judgemental.

Worst Hospital. Doctors visit patients just for their publicity. Simply admitted my grandpa for one week without actually knowing the reason. Did nothing in the week. Nobody attended him, except nurses. At the end, billed a hefty amount and discharged. Waste of time, money apart from unnecessary tensions. Dont visit this place.no useable.

Talk -> pills, Silent -> pills, Ok -> pills, Not Ok -> pills. Pills pills color color pills. After Stopped taking pills, in 3 days started again. I really don't understand the outcome of treatment.

Had called the landline number the person who received call was not ready to give proper information.was in hurry and disconnected the call. When we called back again he was not ready to tell his name.

This nursing home is functioning only because of visiting doctors, otherwise it's not fit to be called a hospital or should not even be allowed to operate for 24 hours as they claim. When there is a distress call from an emergency situation the reply that we get is there aren't any doctors available. Please get the patient yourself.

Young friendlly, very easy to talk to.
And I'm saying this after seeing hundreds of doctors.

The doctors are good and very patient. I never see them in a hurry regardless of the crowd waiting and advice and prescribe the right details.
Apart from the doctors all the other facilities especially hygiene is poorly maintained. The building in very old which is definitely not the concern. My mom had to get her treatment done and there was a requirement for hospitalization. The deluxe rooms booked was covered with layers of dust. The worst part comes now. Bed bugs all over. We had no other option than to stay. Concern had been raised, however the action was not even close to satisfactory. Unable to upload a video hence sharing a pic of the night hunt.

I have Depression from Since 8 Months, so, i want Go This Hospital to Met Psychiatrists, Hope Service Good, Please advise me any One Regarding Doctors

Pathetic experience. I went there with depression and they don’t even know how to talk to a patient. They kept using words like death wishes and dirty language. Shashi Sir was the only sensible person here. Low IQ doctors. One doctor asked me to quit college abroad if I wasn’t able to hack it. Go there if you want your mental health to get worse.
