Online shopping Sodexho meal card payment option not available, were as in big basket, blinkt, jiomart, etc available.

Big collection of all house hold items along with groceries, toys, Clothing cleaning needs. The main Attraction here is live meat counter.they have Chicken Mutton and Fish Foods items. Theyalso have some ready to eat food counter.

Very bad customer service, doesn't respond if we have exchange, does understand the customer side issues very rude and arrogant managers. No customer service wherever no cash flow for those people especially exchange or defective items when found later. More or dmart is far far better

Billing takes a lot of time here and also done of the billing counters don't have any staff most of the time. The billing personnel are very inefficient here

Worst service yet seen. First time seeing in a mall long time waiting at security check. We have to wait one hour at exit for rechecking. If you buy more item, you'll tired. Stoped purchasing from here.

Nice store to shop daily life needs. Good variety of products. But, the renovated store looks smaller than the earlier (pre covid)

Worst ever customer care service. All the numbers which they had provided is out of order. Wrong order has been tried to delivered to the customer. Whatever
it has been billed and paid over the counter and requested for home delivery, nothing has been delivered. It has been two days till the order has not been home delivered

Place order on 9/10/2022. The store doesn't value customers i feel. Seriously worst service and waste of time! Everyday the delivery date and time auto changing as if it there wish to deliver when there want.

We had opated for Home Delivery and it was not delivered at right time, they are not picking phone when called to the given cell number

Broken and defective products are sold on discounts. Customer service manager only promises call backs and it’s been two weeks.

I would have given negative rating if there was a option.

I did a transaction through PhonePe, it was a successful transaction and amount got deducted from bank account too but it was not showing on there machine, so they didn’t gave me the items which I already paid.
It’s completely unprofessional, and SCAM.

Unprofessional security guard who insisted on tag locking my small purse big enough for my wallet and phone. I insisted on having him call the manager and he just asked me to go ahead inside and shop.
If this is a policy of your supermarket, it’s high time your management checks international standards on installing cctv over the store and avoid making customers feel like criminals. In a day and age where cctvs are being the norm of the day, the tag locking is highly unacceptable and rude.

The some of the POS sale executives were so negligent and careless, they won't give priority to the queue. They will give the priority to only people who do's shopping for more amount (who are there for huge discounts), Their behavior will such that go compalint to manager, He will see what happens. This is how the service. Choice is yours to do shopping or not.

Worst ever experience doing online shopping where it showed delivery by gopalan mall useless advertisement stating 2 hr delivery which never happens

Only 5 juice came.

Very pathetic home delivery service, had placed goods for home delivery, it's been 4 days they are not able to deliver the goods, dont know the status as well even after continues following from 3 days. Customer support team doesn't have value for words. Dose not care about the time of others. Only in store shopping is recommended.

Very worst behaviour of worker named Vijay at the counter he scans and throws the products with very indisciplined manner no value for the customers i don't understand how store manager maintain really worst and with these kind and spar at this location would really loose customers
