We waited 4 hours to do an MRI scan.

We understand that any process takes time, but it will be better if the hospital sets some standard procedures for all this.

Dr Arvind Bhateja is such a great, humble, and kind doctor. I haven't seen any kind and humble doctors like him.

Sparsh hospital is great for advanced knee surgeries. We were very happy with the overall experience for my mother. Dr sharan patil and his team rock.

The hospital provided exceptional care with a compassionate and knowledgeable staff. The facilities were clean and the medical team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. Overall a positive experience with top notch healthcare services.

Cons: laboratory charges are quite costly and very expensive. Recommend management to do something.

Hospital services are good but frels like hospital is not in Karnataka. Didn't they get local ppl or ppl who know English if not Kannada.

Booked appointment 2days before and when we reached hospital they registered and collected payments and after all procedure they are informing us that doctor is on leave and you can consult his assistant. I travelled 12km with a senior citizen.

My uncle was admitted here for leg surgery. He was a teacher so that he got admitted under gurunamana scheme. He got excellent care and service. Thanks to Dr. Sharan S Patil and team.

Excellent experience and patient care from front office staff to doctors, Nurses and ward staff. My daughrer was admitted here for dengue fever for a week. Dr. Pooja and team were so compassionate and empathetic for each and every query we had. The works of nursing staff were commentable. Other staffs like house keeping, pantry and admin team were all so caring. We came here with a lot of fear and concern. Today, we are so relieved a lot after her recovery from a dreadful disese. Nobody has any value for time. Patients are all taken for granted. They give a 9 am appointment the hospital and the reception is deserted till 9.10 am. Then the cleaning staff and the reception staff saunter in. It's 9.30 am and still there's no sign of the doctor. And they have a standard reply 'doctor is in OT'. Why give an appt at 9 if the docs in OT. No co-ord between depts. This is not the first time this has happened. Very un professional service

Thank u dr samarth arya (orthopedic robotic surgeon) successfully he done my mom knee replacement my side i'm afsana coming from kerala, actually my mom was suffering knee pain since from 6-7 years we was consulted more dr in kerala but they didn't say what is her problem simply they given pain killers to mom at last 1 month she cannot walk like she is bedridden. I informed one of my family dr she recommended dr samarth arya then we came sparsh hospital infantry road, bangalore consult dr he told everything what's her problem what we can do next he is very gud dr he motivated her finally we done the replacement now she is walking with the help of Waker we r so happy from the heart we r thanking u dr samarth arya.

It was good that we contacted Dr. Prashant Bafna who treats patient very kindly and listen to their medical history from the beginning to end and then treat them with atmost care. He unnecessarily doesn't suggest any tests or medicines and follows up frequently on how the patient is doing. I really suggest him for any kind of ANA related issues.

Very bad experience. Third class bahavior of its CEO and other staff. Nursing unskilled. Everytime they ask us to give medicine and syrup and to take temperature of my baby.

They started some drilling and other floor work just above our room due to which my baby got irritated and could sleep the whole day. On complaining they said the work wont stop and we can either take discharge or shift to any available room in other building.

It is a unsafe hospital. Any thing unpleasant and unsafe can happen without prior information to patient.

Great ER team headed by Dr Rekha, special mention to Dr. Mounika, great nursing care Gautham and Evangeline. Correct diagnosis by Dr Ashok from Cardiaology.
ICU Team headed by Dr Shabnam very efficient. Smiling and excellent nursing care with touch of healing.

Excellent hospital. Recently my mother undergone surgery @70 y. Dr. Harisha, @Infantry road branch conducted the surgery. She recovered immediately.

Visiting Sparsh was eye opening and life changing for me. Most people actually are still unaware of Arthritis and its treatments. I have a case of Juvenile Arthritis and i have suffered years together to find proper treatment and most of all a right doctor. Rheumatoid Arthritis can be treated only by Immunologists and Rheumatologists but due to lack of knowledge and information we end up with Ortho doctors. Dr. Prashant Bafna is one of the best Rheumatologists in India with great knowledge and compassion towards patients. I wish i have met him him early, i would have suffered comparatively lesser. I highly recommend Sparsh and Dr Bafna for any kind of Arthritis treatment.

Sparsh Hospital Infantry Road Bangalore is one of the best Hospital for all kinds of Medical Services. The infrastructure of the Hospital is very good and the staffs and Doctors are good. The only drawback is with the parking charges for Bikes and Cars. Suggest to waive off parking charges for patients who take admission. Overall it's a well maintained Hospital with all the sophisticated facilities.

We feel proud to be notified him as the best Neuro Surgeon in South India and great to undergone treatment of my wife Smt. NAGA LAKSHMI JASHTI, 55 yrs R/o Hyderabad who was suffering with Residual Left CP angle tumor (Vestibular Schwannoma) for the last 9 years and went on no result of SRS done in July, 2014. I've been seeing Dr. Prashant since half a year now for Anserine bursitis & Spondilo arthritis. And I must say, I've never seen a doctor being so patient & motivating towards his patients.

I was suffering from severe knee pain since 5 months (last November) before meeting Dr. Prashant, and was put on endless pain killers prescribed by my previous doctor, but the pain still persisted.

But it's been a Blessing meeting Dr. Prashant who knew EXACTLY what the problem was, and without unnecessary tests & pain killers, just advised me rest, certain exercises, warm packs & mild medication.

I felt a BIG DIFFERENCE in my mobility which was very hard & painful before but much at ease after Dr. Prashant's advice & treatment.

I went to Sparsh Hospital for Dr. Prashanth Bafna, rheumatologist. The hospital is helpful in giving an appointment. Doctor is very kind, friendly & approachable. He studies the case in detail and then takes it forward for test or medication. I have followed all the test and medication given by him. I am feeling blessed to get treated under Dr Prashanth Bafna. I have referred my sister too and she has been treated well. Both of us have come out of that terrible pain which we were going through.
Please take his advice on Arthritis or Rheumatic Arthritis. He is a very good Doctor.

I met Dr pratik for tremors. The doctor explained and cleared all my doubts very patiently. He is undoubtedly the best in field and knows his job.

Worst hospital ever especially Gastroenterology department. My uncle was having severe abdominal pain and had visited hospital several times. However doctor just diagnosed it as gastric or kidney stones. No proper scan or blood tests were done. He was given pain killers that pushed the pain aside for few days, but getting deteriorated inside. The actual problem was pancreatitis and wasn’t suspected before hand. This acute pancreatitis became severe and inflamed pancreas burst opened inside causing infection to other vital organs. He stayed in ICU in an other hospital for a month. However he couldn’t get recovered. We lost him. This is gross negligence of the doctors at Sparsh. This is irreplaceable loss. What do you say Sparsh. Can you get us back our uncle.

The hospital is very nice. I had a problem in l4-l5 disc.and now I am fine after surgery.and I am thankful to dr.arvind bhatheja who treat me.hospital service and staff are good.

It has not been a good experience at the hospital post admission. My father has been admitted twice for 3nights and later for 2nights again. The duty doctor allotted at night in the wing never showed up at night or in the morning.
My dad had a surgery during his first submission and post that he vomited multiple times. On informing the nurse, she just said I gave him injection for gastric and at the time the doctor was available. She (the doctor) told she will come and check but was busy in roaming and talking on the phone for hours near the wing. She showed up after 4hours (1am) and did nothing. Until morning he vomited 7times yet the duty doctor didn't show up in the morning.

During the next admission, he was unable to eat anything and we asked if he can be given some IV drip. The nurse told that he will check with the doctor. The doctor again never showed up in the room. Instead they told let him try to eat and no further action was taken.

I felt that it was better if we had taken him home or to any other clinic rather than just paying this hospital (as a hotel) to let us stay overnight.

Dr prasanth bafna is one of the best doctor (rheumatologist) I have been consulting him from past two years for my arthritis and breast abscess (matisis) my pain was so severe that I couldn't even walk thankfully one of my relative told me about Dr bafna. Have been for dialysis for my dad in infantry road sparsh hospital. Mr. Anand L dialysis technician has been very helpful and makes the patient comfortable during the dialysis session which goes for 5 hours daily he has great knowledge about the dialysis and an expert in providing dialysis, very energetic professional and helpful in managing the appointments for any changes needed.

I was suffering from Joints pain, unable to wear shoes with swollen ankle and palms. Every day going to office was hell for me. I visited all the renowned hospitals and doctors in and around KGF but of no relief.
Then, I visited sparsh hospital, Infantry road, Bangalore. Located in Sivaji nagar area, it is a beautiful hospital with "stay at star hotel " like experience and courteous staff, Hygienic and excellent infrastructure. A dietician visits each patient and finalises the diet for the day.
All my blood reports were ok and I was referred to Dr Prashanht Bafna, a renowned Rheumatologist. A brilliant doctor who never makes u feel that u r talking to a doctor but a close friend. Quickly, he scanned my reports a nd came to my bed. He touched and gently squeezed the joints where I reported pains
Then he Prescribed injections and medicines for me and assured that I shall be ok within a week. Patiently, he enlisted the causes of pain
and explained them. I was overwhelmed by his "down to earth" attitude with patients.
The very next day, I was administered injections and drugs.
Within two days, I felt around 50% relief from my pain and was discharged.
I am on regular monthly consultation with tablets and doctor has advised me to continue for a year
With three months of medication, I can proudly declare that I am relieved of my pain by 80% and can feel new energy in my body.

Have been doing regular dialysis for my dad past a year. Mr. Anand dialysis technician in infantry road Bangalore has been a great support for us. He's a very patient, energetic and a good care taker and has a good professional knowledge in his work. One of best technician we came across.

This is Dr. Shashikala. H writing this post about my experience about Sparsh hospital in specific about Dr. Prashant Bafna (Rheumatologist).
My experience with sparsh, infantry road started way back in 2019, when i used to take my mother for multiple ailments. I used to get my mother for monthly regular consulatation both for rheumatology and Neuro problem. Then pandemic started even during those trying times hospital was very helpful and accomodated video consultataion with doctors which was a very good initiative.
Since we were not happy with the rheumatologist we used to visit then for various reasons we planned to switch to Dr. Prashanth Bafna. He came as a blessing to my mother's rheumatic ailments, who not only treated my mother but used to give her personal care, she developed a very special bonding with Sir. She was releived with all her pains and almost recovered completely with respect to Arthritis problems.
Though my mother could not recover and I lost her due to MSA-C ailment I am very happy that during her last days my mother was releived totally from Arthritis problems.
Dr. Prashanth bafna, always was very approachable even when it used to be during non working hours. Dr. Prashanth Bafna treated my mother for about an year.

I am very happy with the hospital staff and the way they took care of. Especially Ms. Aishwa at cardio department was so humble and caring. Felt calmness after visiting after having trouble with chest burn.

Never think of choosing this hospital. We were here for my father's operation. Doctor waited in OT and because of hospitals irresponsible behaviour and delayed services doctor left. After that they said surgery will happen next day. Very worst services and they do not value time of doctor or patient or anyone. Worst service in this hospital and worst service ever seen.

Dr. Sai Krishna performed Acute Joint Ligament Reconstruction surgery. I am recovering well now and my sincere thanks & gratitude to doctor for his treatment. Before the surgery I had apprehensions about the surgery but doctor explained things to me in terms that I can understand. Visited recently sparsh hospital at infantry road for knee replacement of my mother in law. Overall it was a delightful experience. The patient was in the hospital for almost 25 days. All the staff, nursing, administration, billing, pro, housekeeping were very kind, and helpful at every touchpoint. Never did we feel any hassle or discomfort. I visited sparsh hospital after my Achilles tendon was fully ruptured during my regular run. I met Dr. Sharan sir after my treatment with different orthopedic went wrong. This was not diagnosed in early stage which impacted the overall treatment time lines. Sharan sir & his team operated me & everything is fine so far. My overall experience was great about Dr. Arvind Bhateja. He is not only a good doctor but also a great human being. From the way he made us to eloborate my mom's spine problem till the last date of discharge explaining all other details about the surgery is incredible. A few words can't define him at all. Apart from that all the caring credit goes to the nurses, housekeepers with their effortful job out there. All other staffs are very helpful at their best at the hospital premises.

Last time i went emergency department for covid test for my father.i met one staff there with blue uniform.he said his name Kingsely and he is incharge there.he behaving too rudely and he make my father to sit one dirty place i start to ask him he like fighting arguing with me and my father 71yrs old with him also he behave rude.he showing he is something else. Please take care of patients from him

I had a very very bad experience with this hospital, I had to take my mother for OPD consultation and the way it was handled over all by the management of this hospital was seriously very bad, Very Very Bad & Poor Management Hospital! Completely dissatisfied with the way the things was handled. There were no rooms also available for consultation, we had to wait for more than hours - There is no parking facility also, we had to park my car very far and then come. No Proper social distancing in this hospital. Too crowded. I will never ever come again to this hospital.

Hi I am Ashanaresh, we are very thankful to Sparsh hospital and specialy Dr, Prashanth Bafna sir who is Rheumatologist Infantry Road. My mother was suffering arthritis from last 10 years, she took medicine from different hospitals she was not cured and she was not able to walk and sit, she was in depression mood and she never thought she I’ll become alright. After met Prashanth sir he took personal care of my mother and she got admitted 2 days and now she perfectly alright And following medicine. Sir you are like god for us my mom is back. I had a problem of L4 and L5 disc bulge since almost 2 years and I had been to sita Bhateja hospital 2 years back where Dr. Arvind Bhateja checked and he didn't suggest for a surgery like other doctors. He gave me medicines and I was completely fine for 2 years with no pain at all. Due to my own negligence the pain increased suddenly a month back. I wanted to go to Dr. Arvind Bhateja again as I really liked his counseling. Then I got to know that he sits in Sparsh hospital now and immediately I went to sparsh with my new MRI report. Seeing my MRI, he suggested a surgery this time as my disc has come out more. My surgery was on last Friday. Before surgery Dr. Arvind Bhateja explained me the process as in how he is going to do my surgery and he sounded just like a family member to me. Surgery went really well and after surgery I got to know that my disc has become like a bone and it was a difficult surgery. Next day of my surgery I was discharged. Dr. Arvind Bhateja, being such a known and busy doctor told me that if I have any issues I can message him on his personal number directly and he will surely reply. I don't have any pain now and I'm completely fine. If you have any neuro problem, I will surely recommend Dr. Arvind Bhateja to all. He talks like a friend/ family member and makes the patient calm and explains you the problem as well as the solution. Took my dad who is senior citizen to Sparsh hospital for vaccination. Right from the security at the gate to the medical personnel that administered the vaccine, everyone was polite and efficient.

The process is seamless. We were in and out in 30 mins (including a 15 min waiting time post vaccination)

Would recommend if you're looking to get vaccinated.

Doctor Arvind was very helpful.hospital experience is extremely good. I stayed for one week very comfortable. Service was very good. When I got rejected from Kolkata here I got all the support. Antara Roy from reception was very helpful and kind. She is beautiful also with a smiling face always. I will definitely meet her when I am here again.
