This pharmacy sells used oxymetres as new ones. They give some discount so people are tricked into buying these. When I told them about it, the personnel was rude in his behavior. Please open the product and check it before purchasing it, at this pharmacy.

Speciality hospital is soo good, but it is totally opposite when it comes to Pharmacy. Phaetetic service from the staff.they need to be trained in more professional manner.most of the staff don't know where the medicine are and take more than 10 minutes to supply per person.for name sake they have 3 counters, but not more than one person will be at counter.

Worst service, there is always a long wait at the pharmacy, but the pharmacists don't bother to attend on first come first serve basis, and if the customers question they don't take it seriously.

At 3AM I went to buy tablets, they are so careless at that time chitchatting, major concern is "THEY WONT ACCEPT DIGITAL PAYMENT", now a days nobody will carry cash with them as digital payments available everywhere, these guys won't accept digital payment, I went back to home again to get the cash.

Cheating public with used products! Zero or minus rating.i had purchased move spray & it was already used one could not see before use they responded very rudely & nothing happened when asked for exchange.cheaters /money eaters i am from same kalyana nagar resident place & since five years used specialist hospital & pharma & never had such worst cheating experience! So before purchasing any product from Specialist pharma Kalyananagar think once!

Called regarding a medicine and was told it's in stock. Drove over to pick up and was told not available, computer is slow so you would have got wrong info. Very inconsiderate and not willing to help.

There is no respect for women in this Pharmacy store. If a women visits on urgency to this Pharmacy, no one is responsive here that's shameful. Time around 11 pm. Medical store staff's responsibility to give medicine to send her instantly, in first priority in basis of women. The attitude of the employees of this store is worst, support of the owner of this unit. Though, plenty of bad reviews down, is he impolite or attitude of good business. Choose other store instead of this to control their negligence on customer's. Try to give respect to women Mr. Specialist owner. What's the use of education? In polite way they won't give service, waste fellow's whole staff shame on you. Roadside auto men behaviour inside pharmacy.

The pharmacy is open 24hours, thats the only plus point, but the attitude of the staff and owner is not good at all. At night the service is very bad, they dont show any courtesy. They show pride and attitude, since they are open at night, but this behaviour is not at all acceptable, especially towards customers.
They dont give any discount on any item, and the explanation they give for this is since it’s a 24hours pharmacy, they dont have discount policy.
