Worst quality. Zero service and they cheat. They do not deliver the said product. Again specs and not not good quality

The sales people try to lure customers into buying expensive glasses, giving them limited options to explore glasses at a reasonable rate. The customer service is absolutely the worst.

Have good range of products, polite and friendly staff. Using their services since 3 years and no issues found in product. Price range is good and not costly like other nearby shops ;-)

Overall experience was just about average, nothing to complain but nothing to write home about.
Sales personnel are not very trained opticians. Some of them are good sales persons who can handle product selling but they dont understand eyewear particularly.
Some of them seem disinterested.

Frame was free
Lens cost 2200 (Blue pro and scratch resistant coating) for 0.75 power each eye.
Delivery time 3 days. On time delivery. Got a call when it was ready.

Very good services this was my 1st visit to store and I had a good experience with Mr vinoth, who showed me all price frames and lens with the all benefits from which I can select the product best for my use

Honestly these ppl don't even deserve 1 star. Am really disappointed by their behavior. Its been almost 4 months that i hv given my glasses to dem. No replies to ur email, the shop is never open. Please dear costumers never risk ur money in their hands. Never go here for anything. Nor to buy or repair. Really really disappointed.

Just the most pathetic service and quality of specs. Do not buy from this place. The manager is horrible too. Doesn't revert back at all. Hopeless. Shame if there's no response even after this.just shows how stubborn to be careless they are.

Very Poor Quality, the frame I bought is completely faded with the color, and the guy in this store first said no warranty on frames then after showing the bill, he asked to give the frame for replacement and asked to choose a different frame and pay the amount for lens. Then after escalating to the customer support they asked me to pay the difference for the frame (Their fault for not giving me the same frame). After that also they intentionally replaced the one side lens with scratch proof and another without scratch proof coating, so just in 2 weeks one side lens is full of scratches but they are rude saying that its my fault. And customer care is also helpless as they can't convince the store guys or even confront for fault lens. Totally useless, no process! There are plenty of individual shops who are willing to do more personalized service then this shop, so go for those, not to these kind of chains where no shop owner is present and the store sales guy is ultimate authority!

Good shop and the a person who works there explaining is perfect and softness handling the customer and there is a lot of collections and I am happy with my frame and the two person who works in CV Raman Nagar specsmaker they are very polite and very good thank you for your both and thank you for specsmakers I am happy with specs
