While the expertise/accuracy, time-management, booking convenience etc.are absolutely top notch, what stands out for me in this centre is the staff behaviour. You genuinely feel like you have entered a parallel universe here where the vibe is so so positive and awesome. We went there for our 60 year old ultrasound and the way they managed the whole process with so much love, positivity and smile throughout is simply unbelievable.
This is an absolutely awesome diagnostic centre. Genuinely. We went there for our 5 month old kid's ultrasound and the way they managed the whole process with so much love, positivity and smile throughout is simply unbelievable.
Please avoid this place, Doctor shraddha will be in soo much hurry that she just wants to finish the scan, there is no tissue paper also in the lab room, no proper blanket and the washroom is very bad. Doctor shraddha is so random that she has no clue wt is doing with the patient. Worst place.
I went against the reviews calling it an unprofessional place. The radiologist has all the personal judgements and opinions to give even as the scan was happening. Went in for a early pregnancy scan and instead to being positive (or not giving any opinion), she had a mind to say that, ' Are you still sure having this kid inspite of the past miscarriages'. And finally she concluded saying ' only thing you can do now is pray to god and wait'. And went on to give medical advise which a gynecologist would do. One of the worst radiologists (Dr. Shradha) have met and very average maintained place. Please avoid if possible

I recently had the opportunity to undergo a blood test at spectra scan n daigonstic and I must say, it was a remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional visit. The process of getting the blood test was incredibly smooth and efficient. The phlebotomist who attended to me was not only highly skilled but also very friendly and compassionate. They took the time to explain the procedure, making sure I felt at ease throughout. The level of care and attention they provided was truly commendable. Overall, my experience at Spectra scan n daigonstic for the blood test was outstanding. The professionalism, expertise, and care demonstrated by the staff, coupled with the well-maintained facility, made for an exceptional visit. Found spectra scan center to be the best in haralur area. The staff is very friendly and the doctors were patient to explain, emphasize and knowledgeable in their areas. Thank you.
Recently I took ultra scan Inefficient report, not clear On anything, in complete report. When we asked they said follow up that means once again we have to do it Inefficient doctor Again Iam taking scan once again Money and time both are wasted Not recommended
Below average lab, price is on higher side you can easily get it done outside with lesser time. Online reports are waste, i had to call multiple times to get my report updated. For vitamin b12 and vitamin D profile it costed 2700, with any other lab you can get all the vitamin testaround 2300-2500 Won’t recommend anyone.
I visited for follicular scan first of all staff is not at all professional. Guy sitting at reception had a bad attitude. Worst part is the report was hand written and doctor didn’t even mention her name and signature in the report which question the credibility of doctor and diagnostic center. Not recommended.
