Spectrum Diagnostics and Health Care

Worst health center. Staffs are not well trained no sync between staffs. Staffs are not trained to give injections, they don’t have injections facility for fever or cold, not preferable to go, they refer other hospital for injection. Just for consultation charges 550rs which is not worth, report. For minor cold they suggest blood test.
This is one of Money making hospital not care about patients.

No proper response in the reception, the guy in the counter is busy using mobile. Need to repeat multiple times same question then comes yes or no.

They deferentiate with corporate & walk in patients & least priority will be given for corporate who visits for health checkup.
The team is completely inexperienced in handling patients.
Time management is at poorest level.
Appointment given at 8 & registration is done accordingly & made us to wait for more than 90 min just to start the process

Very bad experience. They are not having time sense. 12 PM they have given appointment. Waited for 3 hours. Nobody bothered about the patient. It’s really very bad diagnostic Center.

They have good infrastructure but very poor service! Even though there is no one for a x ray.they will make you wait atleast 1 hour.

I have never seen healthcare staffs behaving good this much but here all the staffs were very polite & helpful they made all of my doubts clear they are very approachable Thankyou so much.

The centre does not value your time. The amount of time you wait there will increase your BP and other parameters. Better to depend on a regular hospital.

1 star only for the receptionist, The way she handles the patients is really very bad and her arrogance on face will decide us not to ask anything further for any sort of information

Lack of discipline. We were given appointment for 11am and we were asked to come by 10: 45 am. We reached at 10: 45 and they made us sit until 12: 45 for a scan. Communication skills of the front desk people is also very bad. No respect towards the time schedule of other people.

Not a loyal centre. When I called they said one price for MRI and when we visited they collected more. When I asked them they told less over phone they say they might not be aware.
Don't go to this centre there are many in Rajajinagar and Malleshwaram please go any where but not to this

One of the worst diagnostic centre, staffs are not experienced, Especially in ultrasound check up patient are not sent in billing sequence. They do special service for the one who has more money or influence even though when we are paying same amount for test. I suggest to get tested in Dr.lal path labs or some other global diagnostic centers instead of this kind of money minded labs.

This is to inform you that this Centre has very bad customer services. The reports provided to us are missing and arranged inappropriately. The blood withdrawal at home facility is very poor and multiple prics. As a senior citizen I had to visit the centre multiple times to rectify my reports. Very bad services at this Centre

Very good service fast update of report and fast good future equipments technology are available people can prefer r visit with good and happy vibes excellent coordinate with the patient

Place is maintained well. All covid protocols are followed. It's hygiene and well organized. You don't have to wait for too long. Overall happy with the process they follow here.

One of the best diagnostic center, to be very honest about the Staff- especially Mr. Gopinath (lab technician) is really vry talented in painless blood drawing and very soft natured person and Sana syed at the reception also very much helpful and kind in attending the customer. I have referred to my friends as well, can be trusted with the timely report delivered, pls keep it up with same service.much appreciated

I am happy with service in spectrum diagnostics and healthcare Rajajinagar. Very good experienced Staff especially Nandini (Technician) ma'am. Really ma'am have very good knowledge and guided me a lot during my checkup process. What I liked.

The interiors are good. Seating area is well maintained. No steel chairs. All were cushioned seats. All polite staffs.

What I didn't like.

We were asked to leave our sandals outside but saw other staff members walking around with their own as if they are clean. Would suggest the staffs have a separate footwear to use within as they would do with their uniforms.

Waiting time was too much. Waited for about 10 minutes at billing counter. Waited for 40 minutes to enter the X-Ray room. Waited for another 15 minutes to get the x-ray copy. Then the staff tells me that I will have to wait for another 45 minutes for the report. I asked him why does it take so much time but he said that's what it takes. He said I can leave and the report will be sent on my WhatsApp number. I received the report 1: 31 am that is after5 hours 30 minutes. Now I understand why they have cushioned chairs, they make the waiting comfortable.

They still follow the old x-ray film while the world is moving into digital prints. ROPD center which is a small clinic has a in-house digitized x-ray and they charge Rs. 100 less than spectrum. Spectrum is bit costlier for their services. X-ray costed me Rs. 600.

Parking is another concern. Bikes are parked one behind the other and the one parked in the front cannot easily take it out.

Good infra and clean but the front desk is very inefficient and slow. They expect us leave everything behind and patiently sit and wait endlessly. Process needs big time improvement

Worst ever experience with this center, staff n dr.on our pediatric recommendation for our 20month old daughter we have visited this place to consult with Dr Ravi.we met the dr n found him highly unprofessional n not accountable for his patient as after his treatment my daughter has develop red spots on her overall body we tried to reach him continuously for two days but he do not have that courtesy to reply or msg us back with some remedy. He is available only 2 days in this centre so we r not able to visit directly n her assistant keep saying that he is Busy n will revert back soon now assistant too is not picking our call.highly disappointed.worse ever exp.attaching pics of call n msg history

Worst reception.they don't give proper timings for consultation. They make 2 hrs wait for every emergency patient for.checkup.and the worst part is reception guys. They don't knw what they are saying.

Worst is that least word I can use on them

I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff of Spectrum Diagnostic center, for their timely and quick response. I had to travel to Canada for my higher education as a requirement i had to take the RT-PCR Covid test. And all the labs i enquired at, said they would need a minimum of 3 days to give the result some said they have stopped testing. When i called Spectrum and explained to the staff about my requirement. They quickly prioritized my request and resolved my issue and gave the report within 24hrs. They are very efficient and the rates are pocket friendly too.

Really happy with the service which thy provide, thy issued rtpcr reports in 12 hours which really helped my parents to get bed in hospital.

When there is landline and mobile number in there website when iam calling morning 10: 30 A. M no body will be responding then what is the purpose of keeping landline and mobile number. If you to Diagnostic center there will be so many girls sitting in the receptionist when u call u wont get any response, very poor poor service, who ever in charge of this please take care

They loot pple they take advantage of situation and increase the price for tests. Tests are done In good manner but need to Rome around to get the results uploaded in icmr.help the needy in such crises rather than increa the price and taking advantage.

There is no time sense, and Front office don't answer the calls at all, generating reports take long time. Hence forth Nor I visit or I recommend others

Unprofessional behavior. Govt labs staff are much more professional than these guys.no accountability or responsibility towards the patient.just take the money.when we are paying what you ask you should also provide the normal expected service level. We gave swab test for my parents. We didn't get result even after 36 hours. They kept the test result with them only. When we rush to there center for result then they searched it for 40 minutes and they gave the positive result of my parents. Worust reception staff. Positive result need to be announced early but they are very very slow and reckless staff.

Worst service unprofessional behavior, i gave covid test for me and my wife
they gave 2 sample bottles with different number of course 2 different samples but when report came for my wife it was -ve for me it was +ve they us report, next day again they sent one more report which reads as +ve and now sample number is same as mine, how can 2 different patients have same sample number when we tried to contact reception, lab and all the available numbers no one will pick the call they charged money without report the made money.second thing is as per ICMR all the test done has to be entered in ICMR website and if you are taking 2 test (1 rapid and 1 regular) both should have one SRF id here if we enter the SRF ID in website it says as not valid or result is pending and in total 3 test only one SRF is working other 2 no update i got +ve if i enter SRF id it says not valid and saddest thing is no one will responds to your call or messages and email.if the sample was misplaced then you could have requested for one more but you crossed your limits and took some sample and gave the report.i think Govt hospitals are better than you guys shame on your profession at this pandemic situation you guys are thinking of money than thinking of service,

Horrible home covid testing experience. Got test done for 4 people. Didn't get report for any since 4 days. No response from customer care. Big scam. Please don't trust them

Eager to collect sample lethargic to provide report. If you raise voice all gang up to ahut you up. All false timelines and irresponsiboe answers. Getting report here is difficult than getting a remedisiver dosage.

They don't give ur money back once u wrongly get billed or not take the service.if u ask also I will get rude answer

The lab is neat but irresponsible. Mr. Reddy incharge of handing over reports vanished and made the patient wait for 1 hour. The receptionist defends his action. We had to go back to the lab to retrieve the report. With patient waiting the incharge to hand over reports left work for the day. We need more sensitive care takers. Unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist. Today 30 march 2021 at 2045 hours. Shame!

They keep the place clean and professional. No nonsense staff who are cordial. They charge reasonably and not like other places where they hype the price for no reason. They are the best in Rajajinagar for me. Keep up the good work Spectrum:)

Firstly they don't have time sense, generating reports take long time. People here don't have any concern about patients commitment with the doctors appointment. I would recommend zero stars.

Skilled health care professionals, advanced equipments, prices are competitive.
5 star for waiting lounge and rest rooms, beats even airport lounges in cleaniless. Staff is courteous. Parking is available too.
Reports were mailed as soon they were available.
I was even offered Doctors' consultation if I wished to consult.
Overall I was very much satisfied with the service.
