Had an excellent experience with the team here. They saw me same day as when I called. Dr Hankit was very thorough and quickly diagnosed the root cause for my neck pain. I had been suffering from upper back/ neck pain for a week and the doctor immediately identified the root cause and taught me easy exercises to strengthen the key muscles.

I came for treatment for knee & feet pain, Dr. Sumaiya was my therapist she guided a proper set of exercises which gave my relif within 2 weeks

I had tibial condyle fracture for that I had conservative care (non-operative) after six weeks in cast, I was told to go for physiotherapy sessions where I went to Sita bhatija. There Dr Ankith took care of me where after 2 to 3 sessions, I was scared and afraid that my knee flexion was not improving, but Dr Ankith told to relax and gave me confidence that it will improve, I really got impressed the way he handled me and improved my strength with exercises. Hence, I suggest to go for Sita bhatija hospital for fast recovery with ease.

Dr Dhanajeyan has deep knowledge and vast experience. I was treated by Dr Vedha. I could sense improvement in just two days of starting treatment. I recommend Spectrum Physio Centre strongly!

The Orthopaedic who was treating my mother for a shoulder fracture referred us to Spectrum Physio. Must say that the overall experience has been very good. Dr. Misbah was assigned to help my mother with recovery and although owing to our personal travel plans, the treatment only lasted a week, it left a long lasting impression on us. Owing to my mother's age we opted for home visit and Dr. Misbah ensured that not a day was missed with the objective of getting my mother to do her routine exercises. Dr. MIsbah's patient and gentle demeanor were also huge pluses especially when dealing with senior citizens.

Spectrum Physio is one of the best Physio centres in Bengaluru. With our (mine and my husband's) experience, this is indeed the best place to set your physical fitness right.

Though the feedback given hereby is lengthy, it is my practical experience that I want to share.

While my husband had a great experience with Dr. Vivek in Mahadevapura centre (which triggered us to look for their branch nearby), I am personally having a wonderful experience with Dr. Vedavalli who has been the key personnel to bring me out of agony that had actually lasted for a long time.
When I came to Spectrum Physio with severe unbearable pain in my neck due to major slip disc, (I was actually advised by leading doctors in the city that i need to undergo a surgery to come out of this problem and that there wasn't any other way to set this right), to my surprise and good luck, I got introduced to Dr. Vedavalli who examined me thoroughly and advised me that the discs could be set right without a surgery. While it was great news to me, I did have that confidence on Dr. Vedavalli and did take up the treatment per her advise. Dr. Vedavalli's hand which worked like a magic wand on me, gave so much of relief from the pain and cured me completely from 2 major slip discs in my neck, in less than 2 weeks. While this was a magical experience, I definitely would want to mention about her 'dry needling' skills which nobody else can do, except for her Guru, who is the Chief of Spectrum (Dr. Dhanajeyan). While I am completely out of my neck slip disc, I had to recently undergo treatment with Dr. Vedavalli for my back, as I had a major sprain. In just 3 sittings, she made me absolutely normal. Now am learning physical exercises for sustenance and to avoid future relapse of these ailments. I would say that, if I am fit and fine today, it is only because of Dr. Vedavalli.

Dr. Vedavalli is an asset for Spectrum and Dr. Dhanajeyan. Should there be a situation in future wherein Dr. Vedavalli decides to move on from Spectrum, then that would be the biggest loss for Dr. Dhanajeyan, for his lifetime, as this young Dr. Vedavalli has magic in her hands and is indeed blessed by Lord Dhanvanthri to the fullest. Words aren't enough to thank Dr. Vedavalli. There are quite a few patients (who I meet often in Spectrum during my sittings), who are of the same opinion as mine, about Dr. Vedavalli. God bless her with more and more, for her unconditional and magical service.

Not to miss mentioning: Ms. Latha at Spectrum's office, is filled with so much of positive energy, that she mesmerises patients with so much of positive attitude, that one feels welcomed, to get the needful healing in this centre. Heart filled thanks to Ms. Latha, as without her, I wouldn't have got the opportunity to meet Dr. Vedavalli and get the cure.

And Dr. Shravani, is also a very good PT, who did treat me in between, in the absence of Dr. Vedavalli. She never made me feel the change of hands and was indeed effective. Loads of thanks to her as well.

Overall, our experience with Spectrum Physio has been phenomenal and we have been referring them to our family and friends, religiously. As the impact that Dr. Vedavalli has left on us, is Godly!

I had gone to spectrum for my knee. Dr. Misbah was my physiotherapist and she was extremely kind and patient in explaining what’s wrong with my knee and the exercises I would need to do to strengthen it. Get to know about Spectrum Physio in GMC 2019. Physios Jaison and Ankit were always on their toes from the beginning. They used to enquire about the well being of every cyclist they meet while roaming around in the support vehicle. Their daily physio session post the ride was refreshing to the muscles. Special thanks to Ankit who kept my leg in good shape after a fall on Day 4. I have never been to this place but the 5 star is only for the two physios who accompanied us.

The absolute best place to go for any body muscle or related issues. Unlike other places, Dr. Dhananjayan pays enormous attention to any issue in the body and finds the core cause rather than give a surfacial solution. I've been to him twice (still recovering from the 2nd issue) and each time he diagnosed the issue perfectly.
Also, my thanks to Dr. Brahmesh, who taught me many exercises, gave me excellent advice and helped me on my road to recovery.

Excellent treatment by Dr Misbah. Ms Malika my aunt, 90 years was totally bedridden, she had a fracture in her knee. After the treatment she is able to sit and walk and she is able to do her activities. We are happy with the service. And we would like to recommend about spectum physio to others.

Dr. Bramhesh can really do miracles. 6 months back I was nursing a paralyzed right arm (brachial neuritis) now I'm planning my next scuba diving vacation. Me and my wife did some research on multiple physiotherapy centers in Bangalore. Definitely recommend this as one of the best.
