Great service. The pickup and drop was done very seamlessly. I always give my blankets to spincycles for drywash but recently i availed the shoe cleaning option as well. My shoes were delivered looking brand new. Thank you so much!

Amazingly professional and prompt and great quality of work. Ease of pick up and drop and organised web based or app based booking makes a huge difference as well

I have been using spin cycle for quite some years now and I find their service pretty satisfactory.

They took from home and looks like they wrapped the runner in packet and handed back as it is. The runner does not looks like it's washed.

Disappointed with the service. Gave lots of garments and they came back more or less in the initial condition. Find a better place for dry cleaning

Fast, clean and efficient. 3 words to describe spin cycle, i am a regular here for the same reason.

Overall a good experience with Haralur counter. Services were well explained by the executive Executive was warm/ courteous and ensured the overall experience is good. Appreciate the Status update and personalised prompts from the executive / messages when ready.

Have been using this for years now and the experience at the Harlur road Spincycles has improved so much now. Abhishek the new manager here is very efficient and makes sure that all queries and issues are addressed properly. Great customer service

Very good service and store manager abhishek behaviour is very good and very helpful and responsible man.

Horrible experience with spin cycles. First they delayed my order. Initially they mentioned 4-5 days and delivered after 8 days, no one bothered to inform either. I had to go to the store and check myself. Secondly, the quality of work is abysmal. They didn’t clean my bag at all. Please use them at your own risk.

I have been using their services for more than 3 months now. I must say amazing customer care and service representatives who come collect the item and deliver it in the express, standard and premium category.

Very late delivery.lost 2 of my clothes.not responsive staff.worst thing is customer support is non-existence.no body to listen and solve the issues. Please DO NOT use Spin Cycle service via store or app.

This is to raise the complaint against Spin Cycle laundry service in Bangalore. The company misplaced two clothes and has not returned it. I have been trying to contact them, on and off conversation is going on between me and Shakthi Operations (who handles the local Spin Cycle center) as well with delivery boy who misplaced the clothes. It’s been two weeks, now they are not attending the call.
Tried to raise complaint through email and Spin Cycles regular phone number but to no avail, there is no response.

This afternoon (after two weeks) and after so many unattended calls they have returned one item which belonged to me and the other item which belongs to someone else. Audacity of the delivery guy and executive they say that they are not responsible for that

Please DO NOT avail Spin Cycle services.

Not recommended, late service, low internet in store (waited for the bill to generate. 30 mins even after paying), invoice not sent to mail or mobile
After asking they sent a camera image of the invoice.
Late service - taking premium service they promised to deliver in 3 days but took 5 days to deliver.
Please increase staff and maintenance on time delivery

Extremely rude staff, highly overpriced.
Do not maintain time lines and very poorly managed store at Haralur.

Spin cycle always provides excellent wash quality. Branch staff Mr. Jitesh is very helpful pleasant person & thorough professional.pricing is very transparent & delivery dates are always met. Home pickup delivery available above certain minimum billing amount.

Highly disappointed with the service. They could not even get the oil stains out of my kurta even though I was promised about that. Super late. Couldn't get the delivery on time for the second time. They have not updated my I'd inspire of telling many times and because of that I never get an invoice for my order.

Overall good service. Staff at harlur branch is also good at understanding customer problems and he does regular follow ups for any pickup which is pending for long.

However spin cycle should also provide an option between premium and regular wash (In kg) for bedsheets, pillows, blanket covers washing.

Spin cycle should think of replacing plastic cover packing with environment friendly options.

They offer discounts for the weekdays + self pickup. But they are not taking the bedsheets, pillow covers, etc.for the KG wash. Washing quality is good!

This branch of spin cycles is giving me good service. I have become a regular customer because of the good service. Keep it up.

I have been using the services of Spincycles for 3 years. Till last year I was getting serviced by hsr layout and it was ok. After Haraluru road branch thinks have been pathetic. They are sitting on my clothes ready to be delivered for past 1 week.this has been a trend. I am done with spincylces

The phone number is invalid. They haven't returned my clothes even after 3-4 weeks. There is no way to communicate except emails and SpinCycle committed 2 delivery dates and haven't delivered.i am writing this review after being patient.you have defaluted on prior 2 deliver dates.this is a total sham. Donot trust and give them clothes. Big NO NO!

Gave my garment for dry cleaning, they gave back with dirt marks and garment lost color in many places.
They don't let you post the pictures on their Twitter and facebook accounts.
The collection centers can't help you much.

Do not give clothes to Spincycles.
Gave 4 shirts for their "Luxe Service" and 1.5 times bill amount for their express service. All my shirts have blue stains of chemical and are now waste.
