I have been using dry cleaning services from Spin Cycles and I must say their service has been pretty good so far. They have an app which works seamlessly if you want to order online. They will always keep the customer intimated about the updates. Keep up the good work

My pickup was canceled without any notification.
Then I booked again, and the resource called me after 3 days of the scheduled pickup to check if the service is still required. I had already given the package for dry cleaning to the nearby store and they did not update it in the app. And the attendant at the store asked me not to use the app, and whatsapp him I stead. Why?
After dryclean was done, I was told that no resource is available to deliver the package. I had to pick it up myself.
I had a bad experience with the pickup and drop.

It’s not worth. The price is high but atleast I thought that the work will be good but they couldn’t remove stains on my clothes.

It was good experience overall.

I had a very bad experience with this store and service provided to me. I gave my white blazer for dry cleaning, they added new stains during wash and given me. I also gave quilts for wash but they did below average cleaning and bad odour and was unbearable to use after wash. I believe the chemicals that they use are very hard. Poor quality of service. They cant provide invoice for the payments made. A lot of improvements needed for belathur store. I don't know about other branches. Hope this is helpful for the management to tweak the service quality.

Extremely happy with the service. I cleaned one very dusty back pack bag of mine, they made it look completely new.cleaned my carpets too. Cleaning wise no complain, but if they can fluff some air and make the strings separate out using some equipment then it would be great. Overall recommend it.
