I availed dry cleaning services from SpinCycle. Compared to other places, I found their services are really good. I always received my garments returned like a new one, properly packed. Charges are also reasonable. I really like their services and surely will continue more in future.

I have been using Spin Cycles for over 3 years now and I have never had any issue. Their dry clean service is fabulous with wide range of services being provided from clothes to carpets to shoes and luggage bags and trolleys. Highly recommend Spin Cycles to anybody looking to get their clothes taken of.

It has been a good experience with Spin cycles so far. The packaging of each cloth is really good.

Have used them for a few years now, and have had a good experience almost every time. They clean the items very well, as well as package them well (although they could maybe use a little bit less plastic in some cases). They also offer so many different services that it is very convenient to use.

Only concerns are that sometimes they dont pickup as per timing selected when ordering, and the rates could be better. Also, one time, they returned a shirt that was not mine (It was a child's size and lower quality; didn't notice until 2 months later when I opened the packet to wear it to a wedding). So, make sure to check the items as soon as they are delivered back, as human error is unavoidable in any business.

Overall excellent experience, and the best part was regular communication through SMS & email.

I had given a suitcase for repair. It came back as brand new in around 5 days. Very convenient pick up and delivery. Really satisfied with the service.

I was given a delivery date for carpet and curtains which they missed due to logistical issues. What was worse, I called the customer care multiple times and in two calls, the representative lied and said the items were already dispatched and should reach within 2 hours, I know they lied because when I called again and escalated the matter to a manager, he said he could confirm that it was yet to be dispatched. Horrible service, the two stars are just because the pickup was smooth.

One of the worst dry cleaners, literally spoiled my brand new white shirt. Hell with your services guys.

The Outlet will be always be Closed. I need to call everytime to collect my clothes. They will not the clothes at the mentioned deadline and the customer service is not responsive

It's nearly impossible to get in touch with them. I gave my very expensive bags a while back. I don't know who is in charge and haven't seen those since. I have no idea how I will get those back now.

Apart good packaging, it is a regular laundry service. It understand able that some stains could be difficult to remove but in that case the customer can be promptly informed. They can also suggest or ask for next steps from customers. But nothing if such happened. So it's a regular laundry service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! It is the worst laundry service in town.
On receiving the delivery, my expensive garment was burnt had white marks all over it. They tried to cover their mistake by firstly saying it's lint on the garment and then changing their statement to the stains coming from the steam wash. Their strategy is to deliver the garments they have spoilt, late in the night so that the customer cannot take any immediate action.
False delivery promises are made and the customer care is never reachable.
The other garments had minor stains which were never removed. And the saree ironing was pathetic.

This is my second experience with their service.
In the earlier event, I had given my clean blanket with a small stain for dry cleaning it was returned to me with oil stains all over it. On complaining, the company took it for reprocessing and spoilt it further!

Would NEVER suggest any one to use their services!

Very poor customer service. The store guys are quite random in their customer orientation. The work quality overall is quite decent but the interface with the team both at the store and customer help line is terrible. Makes it difficult to trust them with your good clothes. The customer helpline half the time just cuts the call and mind you this is after waiting for 2-3 minutes to get to customer representative.

I have given my pant and shirt for dry clean which was lot of stain. I was thinking clothes cant be use again. After give clothes dry clean in SPIN CYCLES the stain was remove completely. I m happy with service & cost.

JUST DON'T HIRE THEIR SERVICE! THEY ARE THE WORST! THEY WILL SPOIL YOUR CLOTHES!

Highly unprofessional people. They spoil the clothes and then they emotionally blackmail you to pay by CLEARLY SAYING that they will deduct the money from the POOR delivery boy!

DON't Fall for their "We will reprocess your clothes" because you would not want your expensive clothes to be spoiled again.

In my case, after spoiling 2 very expensive silk saris, they requested me to pay and promised to dry clean any rough, inexpensive items such as Shoes, Winter jackets etc.when i got the delivery of the jackets they again started asking for payment and the same "we will deduct the money from the poor delivery boy and the boy will be standing at your door". The manager who interacted with me was Adityanath. I am shocked to see that such unprofessional and inefficient people exist in the market!

Highly recommendable as Spin Cycles Team is very professional and high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

The worst laundry service, the team is even worse,

1) They spoilt a beautiful saree that was used hardly for 1 hr, stained the expensive silk and it wasn't enough, the gold weave were almost shredded, horrid experience, how one could wash a clean peice to dead beats me.

2) stains on 2 other sarees.

3) stitches cut out on 1 kurta.

4) 1 cloth missing, none from the team has even bothered to contact.

Honestly the kinda s##t you take to a consumer court.

Do Not TRY! (Unless you want to get rid of clothes).

Listing down all the issues I had after my first and only experience with you guys:

1) It was my first time using your services hence I wanted to personally deliver the clothes and speak to the executive. My total service charge was around Rs. 500 but even though I requested the executive to get it delivered once they were ready, he refused. I also offered to pay extra for the delivery but he said there was no such provision.

2) One of the shirts given for ironing came back with a dirt stain on it. When I pointed this out to the executive he was extremely quick to revert that the stain was from before. What he didn't realise was the shirt was an unused one with the labels still on. When I pointed this out to him he was out of quick responses.

3) The packaging used is extremely poor and not at all put thought into. Shirts are stuffed into small cotton bags which give them unwanted creases.

4) Also the practice of stapling the bags so that the shirts don't fall off is one of the stupidest things I've seen. After almost snagging one of my shirts while removing from the bag, I had to sit down and go through the tedious task of individually removing each and every staple pin from all 4 bags so that they don't end up ripping my shirts off.

5) Clothes given for ironing came back with all the necessary supports for storage, clothes given for washing and ironing lacked these supports. When asked about this to the executive the reply was a simple "we don;t do that"

6) I tried contacting Spin Cycles on the phone on wednesday and was told that it was an off day and I will be receiving a call back in 24hrs, which I didn't.

7) Overall demeanor of the executive was very unhelpful and unpleasant

8) Also the amount of plastic you use for packaging doesn't go along with your whole turning green act. The executive also refuses to take them back to recycle.

Due to this long list of complains on my very first experience, I wont be availing your services anymore and will discourage others from doing so too
