Hello people, whoever is reading this don't think just go there and experience it yourself.

My journey started with the center is when I was looking for regression therapy centers on bangalore maps going through there online pictures when I saw pictures of Guruji Dr Vishwanathan. I immediately felt that this is the place where I can get the needed help.

From then I have attended multiple individual therapies, and monthly group therapies at the center. So here's my thoughts, doing yoga is the best but, to be regular on your yoga practices, requires certain frame of mind and heart/dedication. I am 36 years old, as any common individual going to office and have family I lack understanding and dedication to yoga. Hence, I was very irregular, I knew I needed help with my past memories and energy healing, and I wasn't getting any before.

So what you get from the center is past memory healing, energy healing. This will help you in clearing out the hinderences/blockages like fear, self doubt, confusions, low confidence within an individual. And trust me if you could have done it on your own, you would have figured it out already. There's many things I explored and understood about meditations and spirituality through the healing practices done at the center. These things I could never have imagined it on my own. For these practices you just need to sit or lay down, and trust your instructor who are guiding you during the sessions.

So thank you guru ji and guru Maa for these beautiful tailor made practices. They are as beautiful as you guys are. I wish more and more people could understand this technology and its experiences we use to have on this land.

I did not meet Guruji, but rating is based on one of their counselor who judges people by their appearance and lacks sensitivity.
Apply kumkum/chandan/vibhuti and dress in a way to show you are the religious kind and refrain from speaking in English. Then you can fool him into anything.
