Very bad experience no value for money, oyo don't promise basic amenities. No Ac available

Geser was not working. The electric switch board fell and was hanging. TV subscription was not charged. Poor service

Cover your eye's and go, receptionist and staffs are so humble. If you're planning to take best room in very affordable rates you can go for this.

This was my first visit to akshara agency and it won't be my last. Incredible experience all around. Staff was kind and extremely helpful. The room was clean and very spacious, with luxurious and comfortable beds. Value for the money. For family it's great place to stay. Good management and fully renovated property. I really recommend to stay in this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel with my colleague, best hotel for corporate guest, they separate coat, good staff, value for money and time, friendly staff, neat and clean rooms, big room, big wash room,

The rooms are good and spacious. Following are the details worth mentioning

Pros
1. Location is well in the market.
2.eating points are adjacent.
3. Fruit shops are available.
4. Public transport buses ply through the road adjacent to the hotel. Hired vehicles (ola/Uber) are available.
Cons
1. It felt like they didn't replace the bedsheet for new guests (i found 3 long hair strands on the bedsheet)
2. No dustbin in the room or in the lobby.
3. No drinking water facility.
4. No towel or soap provided.

It was completely a bad experience because of room facility
We have stay in full day but in there is no electricity, room ful of cigarates

Dear reader,
We booked this hotel for 2 days. Both these days, we had companies other than humans in our rooms, few of which are bugs and cockroaches.
Since the hotel is right beside a restaurant, we were getting nauseating smell in our room.
Few other points to be well noted are as below,

1. Tv not in working condition/ can't adjust the volume.
2. Fan regulator not in working condition. Either 0 or 5 (imagine this on a winter in blore)
3.dont expect wifi, room service. I am still awaiting the blanket which I asked on day one of my stay.

PS- I took my time to make the review sarcastic, but the actual stay was not pleasant and definitely not looking forward to stay here in future.

Hotel is at proximity with many restaurants, so there is no problem with fooding. The hotel is clean but the services provided is average. The house keeping sometimes doesn't show up even on continuous request. Facilities for sitting and lodging is good.

The rooms are old fashioned, charger won't fit in the socket. The water smells tooo bad.
No proper management. Fan won't work. And especially no hot water.
Cockroaches in the pillow. Not worth your stay.

Good place, good service, the main plus point to this hotel is it is located very nearer to eating places like hotels, bakeries.

A quite place if u love silence and wants nobody to disturb u.then this seems to be a right place for you trust me.

Worst hotel I ever stayed.
I had booked the hotel through OYO.
When I had reached of check in and they denied checked in.
They told me that no room available.
Hotel management is big lier.
I had reached there after 2000 Km journey and they harassed me like that.
Later I had complained that to OYO.
OYO took 2 more hours to provide me a room in the same room.
Bedsheets are not clean and I stayed there for 3 days, they never cleaned the room.
Room are without any ventilation and AC, so it's very suffocative. Not drinking water facility in room. Room looks are not secure.
Anyone can access to your room.
I will personally suggest to avoid this hotel.
If there were options I could have provide zero rating to this hotel.

Nice and comfort place to stay. But I am from West Bengal and I can't find any Bengali channel on TV. So I feel lonely. Staffs are good here. Their behaviour are good too. Servicing charge is free.

This hotel is the worst.
They have very disgusting customer service. They will not answer any of the complaints. They will accept bookings online and deny the room after reaching there. Receptionist Jiten is the worst among all the staff. I personally had the worst experience with this hotel. Actually this place does not even deserve one star.

Great value for money. Very reasonable tariff for Bangalore. Convenient location. Clean. Good bathroom fittings. Restaurant at ground floor. No lift.

Well the hotel is near to amnities convenient location for food and shopping. Room are average size service was good but the interiors were all old not so clean. Heaters were not working and plug points were spoilt.
