SPOT ON 37461 Bharati Lodge

Great place inclusive of some lovely breakfast. The elderly Owner himself is around and checks for cleanliness and speaks to guests for any other needs.
Convenient location. Close to the city. Ample free parking space.

Room's are very precious and room service was also good. Hot water was available in time at morning. Breakfast was very tasty and nice. 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking is good. Lift is available. Overall experience of this hotel was very good.

Had worst experience staying in this hotel. Recommend nobody to go there for following reasons:

1. Price is high compared to facilities being provided
2. Our room was very dirty when they gave us. We asked them to clean it again but it was still very unsatisfactory. Rooms are far from what you see in the pictures uploaded
3. There were lots of lizards in room
4. There is no staff present at all to attend
5. There is not even phone in the room to call reception. You will mostly have to go 2 floor downstairs to reception yourself even if you want to order even a cup of tea.
6. Bathroom seat had paan stains on it and it's ceiling was also broken. Not to forget, there was lizard in the bathroom as well.
7. The glasses, cups, hot flask and tables were all covered full of dust.

There are so many other alternative hotels which are much cleaner and well priced

I had stayed here with family 5 years ago and had liked it back then. I stayed here again last week and I liked it more. They have introduced complementary breakfast for executive rooms and it was very healthy (no oily dishes) and tasty too. Their staff too was courteous and quickly answered to our requests. Overall great value for money stay in Hubli. Looking forward to visit again.

Staff member Ganesh who always argue with customer unnecessarily. He don't have common sense, zero behaviour.
Bharathi lodge owner, please do take some action against him else this lodge will come under poor quality.

You people are fraud. 1st they had not mentioned about unmarried couples are not allowed.after I have booked my room and payment done. When I reached to hotel they behaved undescent with me and refused to provide my booked room and didn’t even refund my amount. I will not sit quite. I will register a complaint about this with all proofs. What you people have showed before booking and after booking

Place was okay for the budget stay

The location is exactly opposite the old bus stand, people can opt for a day stay

The hotel has budget stays. But these rooms are on ground floor & connected to sewers directly below. Therefore it has an awful odour. First & Second floor rooms are good.

Worst service, bad cleanliness, rude behaviour, I didn't like anything. I will never recommend anyone.
